The shower system was very good except the pressure could have been better and the water warmer by using the booster on overcast days.

The location is on the water but not at the beach The beach is a 4 min walk to the left of the hotel

The balcony facing the water is terrific The pool area is spacious and has lots sitting and lounging areas You are a 20 minute drive from the west coast beaches which are amazing to see and swim

More sunshine and less wind would have made the stay better.

Beach was right across the street. Very clear view of the beach from our balcony. Windy conditions made the beach unusable. Pool was quite nice. Close to many beachfront restaurants.

The staff is nice. There are 2 same name hotel in Crete. Unfortunately we ended up booking 2 taxes because we were send to the wrong hotel. In the end we arrived there. The room is spacious and the building face the sea. You can enjoy sea view in the dining area. So chill.

We did expect 3 beds as the apartment was for 3 people. We are 2 friends and the spare bed was actually a bed settee. However they made it up and it was comfortable.

Ambience and helpfulness. We were out for the day and when we came back , even though we’d checked out they allowed us to use the showers before our flight home.

I've found some medical drugs among many other "toys" in the kindergarden area. This little area prepared for children could be cleaned and I'm not sure if every item in there is exactly suitable for children to play. Personally I'd remove the guns and every other military toys as well as "chamber pot" that was laying in there.

Amazing view is the great addition to the breakfast. Everyday our room has been cleaned and all our towels and bedsheet changed. Best part was that the view from every side of our apartment had at least some sea. We've heard calming sounds of the waves crashing nonstop. Wife wasn't 100% into it so it was just a matter of closing the window at night, but I really enjoyed it.

- pillows a bit hard - maybe a variation of fried and scrambled eggs would have been nice - the room with the breakfast buffet is relatively small and to avoid too much crowding in there i would optimize the following: the cutlery is placed on top of the counter in a corner so its hard to reach for kids, plates are in the corners in the cabinet below the food displays - when the staff is bringing clean new plates they have to wait for people to pass and in a split second you get the place overcrowded and jammed. I would suggest to move all plates, glasses etc. outside in front of the room to the left to reduce traffic in the room - some chairs in the restaurant area look very used and could use replacement - the room doors are open towards the pool area, when there are kids and lots of people it gets quite loud plus our room was close to the cleaning supplies - if you are an early bird and travel with kids it shouldn’t be an issue if you look for a very quiet place during the day this might be not ideal - unfortunately the beach in front of the hotel is not as accessible and nice. Lots of rocks and a bit empty in a sad way. I think if you have swim shoes its alright and we saw them maintaining the beach so there is definitly potential also with the nice trees that give shade. But overall there is a lot of plastic and garbage and a bit of car traffic.

- lovely hotel, in the town of Kissamos - staff is very nice and helpful - breakfast is amazing, seriously the best we've had so far in Crete. So many choices, savoury AND sweet. The chocolate fountain is to die for! - only 7 min car to the port to get the cruise to Balos - a bunch of restaurants just a few min walking, facing the sea - bus station 6 min walk away - there are some supermarkets very close by - the spa in our room was very nice to use

No welcome drink in fridge when we arrived after midnight by long 7 hour ferry trip.It was really hot! Taxi driver had our key. Air conditioning above our head when sleeping.

Our room was ready earlier so we could check in before our check in time. That was a pleasant surprise because we just wanted to drop of our luggage since we were too early. Very clean and big hotel room. Supernice stuff and great service. Delicious breakfastbuffet. Nice view to sea during breakfast. Very good location to get to different beaches. Plenty parking spaces on roadside. Supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Really exceptional stay. Will recommend it to everyone. I will definitely come again!

Very small bathroom, could be a bit larger. Only split climas, we expected central cooling.

Excellent, spacious rooms with brand new air conditioners in both rooms. Super clean. Comfortable beds, nice small kitchen with mid-side fridge under the counter. Excellent, large pool, at the end my kids preferred this to the beach. Excellent, wide selection of foods as breakfast, fresh orange juice, lots of salty and sweety stuffs. Quality foods.
