Only a customer who has booked through Booking.com and stayed at the property in question can write a review. This allows us to verify that our reviews come from real guests like you. Who better to tell others about the free breakfast, friendly staff, or their comfortable room than someone who’s stayed at the property?
We want you to share your story, with both the good and the not-so-good. All we ask is that you follow a few simple guidelines.
We believe review contributions and property responses will highlight a wide range of opinions and experiences, which is critical in helping guests make informed decisions about where to stay.
Contributions to Booking.com are a reflection of the dedication of our guests and properties, so we treat them with the utmost respect.
Whether negative or positive, we'll post every comment in full and as quickly as possible, provided the guidelines are met. We'll also provide transparency over the status of submitted content.
We'll use the same guidelines and standards for all user-generated content, and for the property responses to that content.
We'll allow the contributions to speak for themselves, and we won’t be the judge of reality. Booking.com’s role is to be a feedback distributor for both guests and properties.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

눉The rooms were dirty (spiders in the bed and hair in the bath tub), balcony door broken (couldn't be closed). Safety box and sun mats are to be paid even though we were hotel guests. Room not accurate with the pictures. We could listen to our noisy neighbors all night. Besides the cleaning lady the staff was overall prioritizing Germans. Low cost breakfast (eggs weren't fresh at all, soluble coffee). Never again. Worst hotel of our lives.

눉There's not really much to complain about. Bathroom not luxurious but it was clean and what we expected for the rating of the hotel in Corfu.
눇excellent location right on the beach. All staff very friendly and helpful. Despite some of reviews, we found the beds the most comfortable we have experienced in Corfu and we have been to many hotels. Shower was also hot with good pressure. We would definitely stay here again.

눇The pictures do not do this place justice. It was far better then we expected. Large roomy room, Straight onto beach and lovely views. wonderful family and staff who couldn't do enough to make our stay a special one. Will definatley stay here again.

눉the beds were hard and the tv only had 1 english speaking channel.
눇We were made to feel as if we were important to the hotel and all of our needs were attended to without fuss.

눉The balcony door lock did not work (rusted). Lock of safe deposit box works poorly (key rusted). The breakfast was very modest and every morning the same. Wifi available only in lounge / restaurant. Not a four star hotel.
눇Fantastic location by the sea. Room small but comfortable. Plus in-room kettle, cups of coffee and glasses. Friendly staff.

눉The beds were hard. However we were given soft covers to put on top which eventually solved the problem. Also didn't like the rubbish accumulating and smelling in the street. As a non-smoker I had problems with smokers nearby but I am an extreme case.
눇Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and Greek people. They couldn't have been more friendly. The flowers all around were beautiful, colourful and well looked after. The apartment was cleaned well. Language was overcome somehow - mostly by them as we had no Greek. The weather was sunny but not too hot as there was a breeze. There was a sense of fun, openness and safety - you didn't need to lock your bike or worry about crime anywhere and there were children walking around without adults in the streets. We would go again but would bring a micro fibre mattress !..

눉The beds were really hard! We bought air-matrasses and borrowed Lots of blanquets from the hotell, just to sleep comfy.. Its too bad really, because if the beds were softer we wouldent be complaning about a thing!
눇Loved the straff, so nice people! The hotell is right on the beach. Nice and quiet. Lots of Nice places to eat nearby. We had a room with a sea-view and it was perfect. Cleaning every day!

눉The hotel was really worn. The bathroom had many defects such as the water from the sink and from the shower was splashing all over the place. It was also dripping from underneath the sink. The mat you could step on after shower was not clean and looked really old and worn. The breakfast was poor.

눉Paying 2euro per person for a sunbed especially as there is no pool so the beach is the only place to lie in a sunbed I think it should be free for hotel guests as the owner of the hotel collects the money
