- Rooms already a little aged and small & simple (but bathrooms have been renovated recently) - A little "off spot", not too much around in walking distance of the hotel - Hotel located in south east of Crete, so quite a distance to most of the sightseeing highlights

+ Very quite and relaxing atmosphere + Nice breakfast buffet + Nice beachbar/restaurant (Pelagos) + Very kind staff + Very clea beach & sea

Nice resort with swimming pool and private beach with free umbrella. Rooms and public areas are clean, the garden is very well-kept and full of flowers. Quiet atmosphere, we enjoyed our stay!

Hotel pool bar and restaurant not great, over expensive and poor service. Recommend walking 10 mins down the beach to Vasili's (Alatsi?) place for dinner which is better than than the beach bar or next door tavern

Exceptionally friendly and cheerful staff, great breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms. Lovely position close to beach, good sunbeds and lovely beachside restaurant serving some interesting non-traditional meals. Several other options for food only a minute or two away. We had a lovely holiday and plan to return.

All was good!

Room was clean and bed comfortable. The AC was fast and quiet. The room had a fridge, and for my birthday the staff had put a birthday cake in ours. The breakfast was nice, the staff accommodating and the poolarea really nice. Had the best time!

We had a few very windy days, which is a known weather phenomenon of the locality, but to be honest it kind of just added to the fun of the holiday -plus the hotel were brilliant at how they managed the airflow in the 'open-sided' breakfast room, and providing pegs etc to keep your towels secure when drying on the terrace etc.

The two bedroom suite (113) was superb with a huge terrace with a view over of the gardens to the pool and sea (see photo). Everything was spotless and in good order, with a hairdryer, soaps, shampoo etc all provided. The breakfast was fabulous and fresh with a good choice. There were plenty of sunbeds (both around the pool and on the beach) and pool towels were provided for the week. The staff went above and beyond to help - from pre-visit enquiries to requests once there. We had a fabulous time and would highly recommend.

Everything, the location, the best sevice, the beach , the pelagos restaurent which one of the kind the view, the room, breakfest so good. Highly recomended, we come every year and it just getting better

The rooms are unfortunately a little old-fashioned. The facility is insane, really great with private beach. The restaurant on the beach is great. The food in the hotel unfortunately only okay.

The beach has stones instead of sand. When the wind blows (not the hotels fault of course) then the south location makes it very very windy due to the position

Eat at Pelagos, the beach restaurant of the hotel (separate but connnected) for excellent modern creative greek cuisine and staff that went beyond themselves to be helpful even when we had a health emergency. Delightful all around.
