Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.

By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

IrelandThis hotel truly exceeded our expectations and turned out to be a hidden gem! The best part was the amazing breakfast made by Elsa every morning. She was genuinely friendly and her food was delicious, varied and local. She added a personal touch that made our stay truly special. The hotel room and common areas were nicely designed and always clean. The staff took care of our room while we were having breakfast, which was really convenient. We loved spending time at the pool, and the fact that it stayed open until 9 pm. The views from our balcony and the dining/pool area were great. The nearby Agia Anna beach was fantastic. The sand was soft, the water clear, and there were comfy sunbeds and nice cafes. We went in late September - the weather was perfect for the beach and all local venues (restaurants, cafes, and shops) were still open for business, but the area wasn't crowded. Our stay at this hotel was like a dream. Everyone was so friendly, the place was beautiful, and it was in a great location. We'd love to go back one day!

IrelandWe really had to think hard to find any fault with this property. Only one thing came to mind the chef is wonderful and friendly but she is a little judge if you don’t finish everything on your plate which was a little awkward. But she was very nice and welcoming.
We had a wonderful check in with the reception staff. We had a welcome shot from a local producer. Our room was as lovely and spacious and as e had a welcome basket with wine due to it being our engagement trip. The pool is lovely and relaxed. It is a stroll the the beach area and ideal for anyone who wants to be in the centre but not in the Main Street.

SpainWe have nothing negative to say. Maybe the sea views a little bit distant... but the way to Agias Anna beach is just 6 minutes walking along the main street.
The intense love and afection that ELSA dedicated to breakfast everyday explaining every homemade dish made by her. She's so lovely! Traditional Greek cakes are amazing!.🥰😘.

JerseyAt first I thought ‘oh no it’s on a main road’ but then walking to the beach is only 5 mins down a gentle hill. Walking back is quite dark so may not suit young families or people that can’t walk very far.
This is a beautiful hotel extremely clean and even though it’s on a road it is very quiet and the pool area is private. The pop id beautiful. A different, fresh breakfast is served everyday, home cooked with local produce and amazing cakes. The local beach is only a 5 min walk and it’s stunning. Beautiful beach bars, tavernas and sun loungers with a large stretch of beach both to the left and right. It’s very chill vibes and you can walk in either direction or hire a quad bike or car to explore the areas. There is also a bus stop to the town by the beach and outside hotel and the local boat tours go from the beach. The staff are very helpful and friendly to tell you a loud local places to visit. This is perfect location and we stayed on an extra night and I could have stayed longer.

AustraliaIf it was located slightly closer to the beaches, would have been good!
Breakfast was lovely, nice and intimate and enough variety. The pool was perfect, nicer in real life than the photos because of the peaceful outlook - seeing a peak of ocean and mountains. Our room was perfect - nice little balcony with ocean views and overlooked the pool too. Comfortable and clean.

United KingdomIf you have small children this is not the place for you. The pool is not for little ones and the walk to beaches is along a very busy road, no pathway as such and so not suitable for buggies/toddlers. This did not affect our family group at all as we were parents with adult children but I just thought I’d mention it here for others looking.
The rooms were lovely and it was worth having a room with balcony for the view. They were cleaned and serviced daily and the staff worked hard at this. The pool was clean and just big enough and pool and garden area was well maintained. The spa facility was an added bonus and services well priced. The location was good as it was our preference to be away from the main beaches, shops etc but within easy walking distance. The outstanding gem this hotel has is their breakfast cook, Elizabeth. She took great care to prepare a delicious breakfast each morning with plenty of choice and special Greek treats to enjoy which she made by hand. She greeted guests and was a real credit to the hotel.

New ZealandThere wasn’t really anything that we didn’t like.
This property was amazing. We had been travelling all day, so arriving here to friendly staff waiting for us with a welcome drink and snacks was just amazing. All the staff were super friendly, and went out of there way to greet us and make us feel welcome. The customer service was just impeccable. Also, the food! Breakfast was included in our stay, and it was delicious. We arrived in the morning and were greeted by the chef who welcomed us in and told us all about the local Greek cuisine that she’d prepared. It was honestly such a highlight waking up and eating delicious local food before we set off across the island. Massive shout out to the chef. They thought about all the little stuff too. We had a bottle of wine waiting for us in our room, along with a meat and cheese plate. They had beach towels that we could bring with us during the day, and would say hi whenever they say you strolling around the property. We’re guttered we were only staying 2 nights to be honest.

AustraliaLovely hotel in perfect location - walking distance to 3 lovely beaches, restaurants and bus stop. Warm welcome by Dimitra & Kiriaki the reception staff and they were always so helpful. Fantastic breakfast - Elizabeth takes such pride in her meals and cooks with love....greets guests each morning and explains the dishes she has prepared. We stayed at 6 Greek islands during our holiday and this was the best breakfast by far. Stella at the Day Spa is amazing, I had a very relaxing massage and facial.
