Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Nothing. It’s excellent.
The owner of this property is fantastic, family run well equipped and enjoyable. The breakfast, chilled pool and interactions were memorable for a few days stay.

Maybe a kettle in the room would be good. But other than that a great place

Nothing.
The whole property and rooms look like they have been refubished and the standard is very high. The village us central and suited us, being walkers, as we could walk everywhere. The bus service was also great. The owners and staff were exceptional. We were made to feel great from the second we arrived.

It was right next to the public bus stop which made it easy to get in and out of the town

There were no issues with the stay

We loved the host who was so welcoming and so helpful with our family with young children. We arrived around 8pm and the host cooked for us and our family - lovely local food. The outdoor area is all refurbished and it was very nice to have the meal outside near the swimming pool.

the shower was very slow to drain… but plumbing appears to be an issue all over Mykonos (so not a huge issue)
clean and tidy. lovely gardens, pool and breakfast area. excellent breakfast! amazing staff who went the extra mile to ensure we enjoyed our stay.

Could have done with a kettle in the room. A few outdoor seating in the garden areas would be nice. No problems and worthy of a few nights. Thank you, Anna for being reliable. Janet and Roy.
Anna, the owner very helpful. Picked us up from airport with efficiency and also took us to port all for free. Accommodation very well maintained and cosy. Quiet area with supermarket next door which is apparently the cheapest on the island!! Bus stop also across the road. Nice pool area serving beverages and snacks.Lovely and flourishing garden area.

Very spacious, modern, clean studios. Location great, next to supermarket, several restaurants and bus stops, about halfway between Mykonos town and nearest beach (10 minutes by bus). Friendly owner and staff.

It is 2km walk away from the centre but it also avoids the chaos so that's a plus. There is nothing else to dislike about this property. I would recommend it to anyone and hope to return here again myself.
Everything was perfect, super sweet hosts, transfer to and from airport/ port included. Great pool area and studio apartment includes spacious room, towels, fridge, safe, wardrobe, Ac, bar and breakfast offered as well. Restaurants and supermarket within walking distance.

Our expectations were high. The experience exceed them. A lot. Extremely clean. Perfect location between the main town and the beaches. Next to the bus station and to the supermarket. Breakfast for 14 Euro was even big enough for two. Miss Ana take us from the airport no matter that is was after 22:00 and our flight was with an hour delayed. Quiet at night being far from clubs and parties. Cleaning in the rooms and towels changing was everyday job. First day our little boy has health problems and miss Anna assist us with options and finding a doctor. Very very kind and personal attitude. They also drive us back to the airport last day. The pool and the beautiful garden were more than great. We have never spent so much time in a place where we are just for sleeping... PERFECT!
