Simple, clean room with a good location. The room also had air conditioning and a kettle so you can bring your own coffee or tea to make.

Nothing but for the info, there was no shower curtain so you can wet the bathroom when you take a shower but our room was cleaned every day so it was not a huge problem.

We loved this place! It's very close to the city center. You could either walk in 10-15 minutes upon your speediness or by car in 1-2 minutes. Room was so clean also place is surrounded by trees which was very delightful. You could park your car into the garden. Balcony was big so it was always pleasant to sit and have fun. Last but not least, Owner of the place, Christos was very kind and helpful. He always cared for us and asked us if we need anything. When we visit Molyvos again, we will check this place's availability first.

It is a very lovely place in the fruit trees. It is close to center and bus stop. Owner Christos is a very nice person who helps when you need something. I recommend this place.

The rooms are bigger than the pictures, the location is near to the town center, it has free parking for the car, clean rooms and very beautiful garden. The air conditioning works fine and quietly. Most importantly the host is very friendly and helpful. Thanks for everything.

The road just in front of the place may be noisy early in the morning.

We stayed for 4 days and enjoyed a lot. The room is basic but very comfortable and clean. The place is very close to the center, we easily walked every day. The parking place is large so we did not have any problem with our car. Christof is very friendly and takes care of everything to make sure we are comfortable. The balcony has a nice view of castle and historic houses, so we enjoyed having breakfast with this view. This will be our first place to stay next time.

Amazing property to stay, warm welcoming, friendly staff/owner, Kristos is a nice person who make you feel like you are at your own home, location is perfect, a breathtaking villa with a large courtyard, waking up with bird whistles, balcony is with a view of Molyvos castle and with a beautiful garden view, price is also amazing, very clean, there is everything you need in the room , so close to a beautiful hidden beach which is not busy like the beach in molyvos center and also close to the center of Molyvos. Highly recommended

Amazing value, lovely clean and comfortable room which even had a view of the castle. Short easy walk into town and easy parking. Host was very helpful and recommended a great restaurant, 10/10 would recommend!

The best value for money vacation stay I have had in the last many years. I didn't expect to have such an excellent treatment at this price range. Christos took care of everything so that I can enjoy my short stay in Molyvos. I would recommend it to anyone - not accidentally close to a 9/10, primarily due to the cleanliness and how respectful and caring are the hosts; Christos in my case. One of the strong reasons that I am coming back to beautiful Molyvos very soon.

It’s charming. The studios are simple, old fashioned and very good value. Best of all the host is kind, welcoming and reliable.

The bathroom was very small which meant that everytime I took a shower the whole floor and toilet became wet. This was one inconvenience the first day, but quickly fixed!

The occassional talks with Christos were really nice, you could tell he showed interest in my holiday experiences and asked frequently whether or not I needed something. The firm bed and the good working airco were really nice. It was a very clean studio with a balcony. I loved the small kitchen outside on the balcony and the view over Molyvos, especially with sunset.

Molivos is super pretty. Christos is a wonderful host who is always happy to help. Location is nice and everything is on a walkable distance. The price/quality ratio is amazing. Bed was very confortable.

- There is no grocery store nearby. - There is some distance to reach the castle, but not much. - It would be good to reach the hotel before it's late in the evening :) - Unfortunately, the water spills over the entire bathroom as there is no curtain while showering.

- rooms have balconies and balconies have views of the castle. - The garden is large and you can have a very comfortable holiday. / even having your breakfast in the garden can be very enjoyable. - the room has a mini fridge and a small kitchenette. - It has air-conditioned rooms. - There are brochures in the corridor outside the room where you can visit the castle and molivos. - the room has many lighting options.

The apartment needs a refurb. One bed very lumpy, shower rooms in need of refurbishment and a place inside the apartment to sit other than the kitchen would be nice. Wardrobes listing under the weight of old age . Horizontal surfaces in the bedrooms would be useful as besides the bedside cabinets there was nowhere to put thing like hairdrier, makeup, tablet, phone etc. This apartment could be very nice with a little thought and money invested.

The host Kristos was very helpful and friendly, the apartment was roomy and contained all the necessary facilities. The air conditioning was quiet and effective and the balcony was nice and shadey. Covenient location.
