There weren't any small shampoo bottles in the bathroom, as I was expecting. I though that the room service had forgotten them. I mentioned it to the hotel manager and he told me to request them from the reception the next morning. However, the following day the receptionist responded that such amentities are not provided.

I enjoyed our stay for 2 nights. The swimming pool was small but enough for playing in the water with my kid. The location was peaceful and isolated, ideal for relaxing. The room was spacious and very clean.

Warm water was cold in the morning (normal for some solarsystems), but wasn't really warm at the end of the day.

Nice place, good view, big room, large bed, small shop in the village at less than 5 min by foot. The owners of the apartments have a restaurant in the village. Very good place to eat!

The kitchen could be equipped better - some of the basics were missing or in short supply.

Lovely small apartment block in the middle of the olive groves just outside Agathia. Very quiet! Amazing views across the olive groves to the sea and mountains. Pool is a great feature, but too cold for us in May (we have been visited before at the end of the season when it is warmer). The very friendly family also own the excellent Elia Taverna in the village - not to be missed.

Light above exterior door cannot be turned on from outside the door. The other exterior light that can be on is too far away to enter door. Google maps and maps.me do not bring you to the right location. Very difficult to find.

Contact was slow. I messaged them in the afternoon and they hadn't replied by the next morning, because they were busy in the restaurant... We wanted to have breakfast, but because it needed to be prebooked and they didn't reply we couldn't have it. Be aware.

Left a note for us, as they weren't there when we checked in at 4.30pm. The location was remote, up a dirt road, but quiet and beautiful. Didn't try the swimming pool, but looked perfect and clean. The room was a generous size, with a little balcony. Bathroom very nice and clean. Friendly housekeeper person in the morning.

The only thing they could improve is the dirt road to the studios, but it's not a deal-breaker. Would still stay there if I went back to the area.

I stayed in 6 hotels in Crete for my 8-day holidays. This was the best property I stayed in. By far the better worth for its price. Big sized studio with king-size beds and a big bathroom with a bath. Nice balcony with seaside view. It also has the best bonus you can get- a swimming pool with a seaside view as well. The receptionist (probably the owner) was very kind and helpful with everything. 12/10. Cannot recommend enough.

The road isn’t for low cars & this better be mentioned. In Greece nearly everything is overrated- quality/price. Staff was disappointing, absent when we arrived, called them twice but they didn’t pick up- then we understood there was a sketch on the front door explaining how we’d find our room, but the last day they made their presence visible by insisting for our check out around 11:10, the rules of the property are respected but there’s always a professional way of doing things.

No hot water on two days. Breakfast was over half an hour late on our final morning. Some staff a bit offhand.

Great value for money. Good breakfast. Spacious room. Peaceful location. Some staff very nice and helpful, especially the guy who tried to fix the plumbing.

Not very welcoming / helpful staff, they were there only a few hours a day. There was no hot water the first day, this was fixed with a workaround the next day and we had hot water for the rest of our stay there. Water was coming out of the drainage in the bathroom and the smell in the bathroom / room was dreadful. There was not enough furniture / cutlery for a family of four, in general, the kitchen was so dirty and poorly equipped that it couldn't be used as kitchenette at all. There were hairs and ants everywhere. The fridge was literally falling apart and it was not very cold in it. The SAT receiver had no remote and it was stuck in a booting state. We don't really watch TV but noticed it.

Good location to explore the region. The view from the balcony was very nice. The pool seemed nice as well but we didn't go for a swim, so cannot really comment on that.
