I would have liked guidance to find the hotel - either a sign entering the village or written directions.

For the price I thought this hotel was far above what I expected and in comparison to others I have stayed in during this trip, in the same price range. Excellent parking, a lift, a large well appointed room and bathroom and a great view from the balcony.

Staff were very helpful. They even came to kill a little spider for me. Considering the hotel was fully booked during our stay, there was still ample room to move around, to go to the pool etc. Very clean apartment and a very cheerful and happy place.

Music is always very personal and hotels tend to play music by the pool that’s not everyone’s taste. I made a point to lovely Kostas, who kindly played more chill-out music afterwards.

The hotel is very modern, spotless clean with great value for money. It’s popular with families but the kids were well behaved. The range of the buffet breakfast was varied and abundant. A quite decent pool and at times busy but this is expected in season.

Drinks with fruit flavor were horrible, it would be way better if juices (even concentrates) were served.

Breakfast was quite ok but food could be better. The view from the breakfast room was really amazing.

The pool was not clean properly especially the small one. I am curious how a pool like this does run without a lifeguard with so many people using is on daily bases. Breakfast options could be improved. It would be nice to see some improvement on the facilities and a refurbished bathroom in the rooms. Accessible staircases for people with wheelchairs should be introduced everywhere across the hotel.

The property is nice and the rooms where cleaned every day. The stuff was really helpful and polite.

-needs much better maintenance, lots of details..ie. leak at the bathroom sink, rusty toilet brush, mold around the shower in the corners, rusty hunger for wet clothes at balcony, etc -not so clean in spots that are not visible (lots of dust,dirt under beds/sofa/corners) -for us not convenient that the “suites” were located far from building, with 2 little kids we needed the car even for breakfast to the main building -in the one bedroom suite, although there is a large and ready kitchen area with big fridge, there is literally nothing to use, no basic utensils, no plates, no nothing..just to eat sth at the room you need to have your own fork, which does not really make sense given the low cost to offer some basic stuff -breakfast just OK, no fresh fruits, quite basic options

There was a mistake with our room which was not really cleaned when we got it. The condition of the room was rather bad but as soon as we reported it, the staff came to clean it and it was spotless the following days. During the checkout the staff acknowledged the mistake and gave us significant compensation. The room seemed partly unfinished e.g. some cables were coming out of the wall/floor. They were properly covered, but gave off an impression of an unfinished room. The hotel didn't have a restaurant and only offered breakfast and some snacks. I hope in the future they also have a proper restaurant because it seems that they have the facilities for it. Breakfast is ok, but nothing to write home about. They should have more good quality healthy/vegan options & add labels to all the items offered so that people don't have to choose based on the looks.

The room was spacious, in good condition and the beds were comfortable. The swimming pool was quite nice and the kids enjoyed it. The staff was attentive to all our questions/requests (e.g. possibility to spontaneously check-in early and check-out late).
