Small kitchen but didn’t overall didn’t bother us as we didn’t cook as we wanted to eat out. The bathroom / shower was very small too, not enough room unfortunately and quite a tight fit even for a petite woman like myself .

The location is in a perfect position in Falasarna , walking distance to one of the best beaches in Crete and a few mins drive to other sides of the beach . On arrival we were greeted with some homemade sweets. Our room was cleaned every day and towels changed too. Our balcony with that beach view was simply magical seeing the sun set every night , it beat seeing the sunset even at Santorini .

Water pressure in the shower was a bit low, but this was a minor inconvenience. I'd recommend to put some umbrellas on the balconies as they face south, so it would be wonderful if there is some shade on the balcony. Also, a coffee maker in the kitchenette would be brilliant.

Amazing location and breathtaking views! It took only 5 min to get to a wonderful beach with crystal waters, 2 min to supermarket and tavernas! The room was spacious and cleaned daily, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The place really offers a chance to relax and soak in the beauty of Falasarna! We loved our stay and would definately come back to Falasarna Bay!

Room was dated, kitchenette was very small, hotel laundry was above our room and we could hear washing machines draining and spinning until late most evenings, no shade available on deck from 10:30am until sunset

The bathroom was very small.

The hotel is located in a very quiet part of Falasarna. Parking is included. The room was well equipped. The view of the sea is wonderful. A few minutes walk to a little beach and a wonderful restaurant. The large beach is approx. 20 minutes on foot.

The space to shower is really small.

The main point of this place is definitely the location. It is amazing! Super close to the beach and you have a beautiful view. Breakfast is simple but cheap and good.

The double room we stayed in was renovated and suitable for short stays, but regrettably, it was too small for longer ones. The balconies were too close to each other, and the air conditioning was too loud.

Nice small hotel near the beach with very friendly staff. The beach is great, and during the off-season, the location is a good starting point for exploring Crete, with Balos just an hour away by car. Old Falassarna is just a 10-minute walk from the hotel.

Everything nice

The location is excellent as I like less crowded beach it is just 5 minutes far There is market and separate taverna in the same building.A great another taverna close and a fantastic bar above the beach. Location is perfect

The patchy Wifi was the only downside but even then it was a good excuse to switch off from the real world.

What a fantastic spot! It’s down the quieter end of Falasarna Bay next to the small beach, Orange Blue Bar and 4 tavernas. Our favourite was Alea. Comfortable well appointed 1 bed apartment on the 2nd floor with a balcony featuring a great view and sunset. The staff were lovely and super hard-working and the cleaning was immaculate.
