Our room Wi-Fi was poor. I mentioned it when checking out, and I think they will fix it.

The location was great. We had a beautiful view of the coast. The pool area was great. The bar and restaurant were wonderful - great food at a very reasonable price. The staff was wonderful. We loved Anna, the waitress. The whole place was a hidden gem, and we felt lucky that we had found it and booked it.

The beds were not comfortable and the rooms are a bit outdated. The curtains on the doors are a bit obnoxious and would constantly get stuck in the doors when opening/closing.

All of the staff were fantastic! The breakfast was really good and had many options. The view is very nice and having two pools was useful. The reception had spare books you could use and an umbrella for the beach. The rooms were large and had everything you needed.

A bit further from the old town than I'd realised but the nearby beach made up for it!

Lovely hotel, really close to the beach and with two nice swimming pools. Daily breakfast is great and the staff are incredibly nice and helpful. Really good value for money. I can definitely see myself coming back.

Breakfast was good, although the second morning we checked out earlier and asked for breakfast box - it was very dry and no enjoyable.

Great location just outside of Chania. We had a lovely room and found the restaurant really good and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. Really pleased to have two pools to choose from.

No negative comments. Would just mention that you need to be able to climb stairs or walk up slopes to move around the complex.

Lovely apartment and complex. Very clean and comfortable. Staff were excellent. Pool areas were nice and quiet when we stayed. Location is about 5 minutes to the beach and about 10 to the start of town. You can park on the quiet street at the foot of the complex. Breakfast was good, and you could squeeze your own fresh orange juice. One night, they had a local singer, which was cool.

Me and my friend both thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartments are a little bit out of the way but we knew this prior to our visit and both enjoyed the walk into the town.

The staff were so friendly and the rooms were clean and good value for money. Although we ate out Chania town most nights the food in the hotel was good. It was my birthday whilst staying at Frida Apartments and the staff made it extra special!

Not enough shelving in the bathroom, the basin leaked water and the shower wouldn’t drain so it filled up with water quickly.

The only thing was that sometimes our AC would not cool that much the room. We had to wait for a bit. Also there is no much parking space under the trees, so if you dont get one of those spots your car will be very hot next day

The location is great to have a nice view since the place is located on a hill. Very close to some nice and calm beaches. The apartments are clean and comfortable and the pool and staff were great

Loved having access to two pools, happy hour cocktails and the food in the restaurant was fantastic and such a great view looking out over Chania. Enjoyed the 15 min stroll down to the beach and shops each day. A bit further into the old town but plenty of options nearby as well. Room was very large and came with balcony, table and chairs and small kitchen area. Staff were so friendly and would love to come back next time.

The hotel area was very nice. Two big pools with lovely views. the whole area had a super vibe, and spending time there was nice. I would maybe still allow night swimming - longer than 8 pm. Staff was really nice!

Great location, great apartment. Pool and bar areas were great. Apartment was good size and well designed and equipped. We had a vehicle, so this was our base - a little out of the main hub, but that was intentional choice.

Staff was super friendly and also great for families as they had something little to play for children during breakfast time. Breakfast changed a bit every day. It was also great to have a restaurant on the spot which made it easy for us to have dinner after a busy day - especially with a small child. Location for us was great as we had a rental car (it would have been too far to walk to Chania with a small child). Great to relax at one of the 2 pools as this is a quiet area and outside of Chania which we liked.
