Comfortable room, delicious breakfast, helpful and friendly staff. On street parking, close to local amenities

I had to contact the staff during the night of my stay because my dog went to one of the neighboring balconies just to notify them and ask that if one of their other customers in the morning called the about my puppy I would like to be notified and the staff was a bit rude during the call. My puppy came back eventually because it is well trained but I still didn't appreciate the way that person answered the phone. It wouldn't hurt to show some manners when an anxious customers calls.

The stay was very comfortable and quiet. The atmosphere was calm and the breakfast was exceptional.

The hotel is in a poor condition, things seem to be falling apart. It needs a renovation.

The room has a balcony and that's great. The sheets are white and clean. We found a parking space right in front of the hotel. The breakfast was good, a lot of variety.

Google maps took us to a seedy place in Thessaloniki with the same street address. We wasted an hour there, but no matter how we entered it could not get directions in Oreokastro. When we called the hotel, they offered no instructions and seemed mystified we couldn’t find it. Even the townspeople we stopped could not tell us the location.

A pleasant facility overlooking a park. Backs up to a lively, interesting street. Good restaurants and bars nearby.

The room was spacious and quite luxurious for the price paid as well. The location in downtown oraiokastro makes for easy getting around.

The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good in the morning. We parked the cars on the street front of the hotel and it was fine.

Prices too high for what you’re being offered, breakfast the second worst we’ve ever had as far as quality and variety go and there is absolutely no food whatsoever to order if you feel peckish (not even a toasted sandwich!). Small bathroom, very slippery bath, no amenities as described, metal and plastic hangers forgotten in the closet by other customers and an overall distressed room with an uncomfortable (mattresses and pillows) bed!

The hotel itself is in desperate need of refurbishment. Some rooms smell of tobacco with nothing that can be done about it. Some overnight staff does not speak English

We stayed in the hotel for a total of 4 days, checking in and out every day. There are really nice rooms and there are disappointing ones. Surprisingly the more expensive ones (with alleged sea view) are not the best. Wi-Fi works well. Breakfast is fine, although, make sure to come early.

The fact that in few hours of my stay, I had to pay 2 nights, even tho I spent few hours in the morning and zero nights. Also, the price eas way too high for a place that beggs for renovation... Not recomended att all
