Location of the hotel is not good. Close to metro station, but you will see lot of rubbish on the streets, drug addicts, hookers.

Clean hotel, very good breakfast. Very good value for the money. Nice staff. I recommend hotel. Inside hotel you feel safe.

Our room was on the 7th floor and the breakfast was served on the 8th floor. We were disturbed by the noises made by other guests having breakfast while dragging the chairs and tables.

The content of the breakfast was totally satisfactory (fresh and rich) with a terrace panorama of the city. Before the check in and after the check out, we had the chance to put our luggages for free in the storage room. Although the mini bar in the lobby is closed at night, they continue serving bottled beers. Location is great, almost walking distance to every tourist attraction. The employees are respectful and do their jobs well.

the fact that the air condition does not warm the room at all..

Everything is as they wrote in previous reviews: a good hotel in a terrible area of ​​the city. Room, service, food, atmosphere - everything is wonderful. But what happened on the day of departure blocked all the good impressions. We were not warned at the reception that on that day there was a taxi strike and the central metro stations were not working due to the arrival of the President of Turkey and it was almost impossible to get to the airport. We just miraculously flew away that day. To my mind the hotel administration should monitor such events and warn visitors, and if necessary, provide a transfer.

The neighbourhood was pretty dangerous. A lot of drug addicts roaming in the streets, including during the day. Not a good place for solo travellers, mostly females. We were quite shocked by this.

The breakfast was amazing, very complete and full of food of all kinds. Rooms were cleaned every day and beds were comfortable.

Very friendly and helpful day/night receptionists, very nice housekeeping lady, very nice buffet staff, very nice bar staff. During my stay in Athens, my daughter was sick, whenever I need help from the hotel, they gave me very warm and helpful hands. With them I don’t feel that I was one piece of meat of the hospitality industry, I feel humanity warmth.

The hotel is on a very busy main road. If you open up your balcony window the room fills with the diesel fumes and is loud. Although the hotel is very close to all touristic sites the quickest routes to these on foot will take you through a very rough part filled with out in the open drug use. Stick to main the roads, get taxis or use public transport for safety.

Modern and very clean hotel. Staff were fantastic. Nice bar in the lobby and excellent breakfast served on the roof. Amazing breakfast views. Bedrooms were clean and the ensuites ae modern and fresh.

The toiletries were quite cheap. The breakfast has a very low variety and in terms of the meat is quite poor. The neighborhood is quite dirty and the hotel is surrounded by many roads which you are permanently crossing.

The hotel is located in the city center and the places of interest are easily reachable by metro. The room has basics that everyone needs. Overall value for the money is good.

District. Will be nice to have a tea kette at the room and 2nd glass at the shower - not to have water in all bathroom after showering. :)

All staff was very nice and helpfull - especially the man at the reception who solved a mistake I did in June with my reservation - an example of perfect service and humanity 🙏 Breakfast was excellent - choice from everything :)! We loved to enjoy the view from roof garden - 8th etage - the breakfast room! Also very important that it starts at 7am and you can begin you day early!! Christmas tree at the reception gave nice winter mood :) every time we passed by. Thank you very much also for a storage of our luggages before check-in and after checked-out. Room was very clean and comfortable bed - I slept without pilow! Metro station Omonia and National Archeological Museum very close by walk!!
