The location and view from the terrace. The room was thoughtfully supplied with everything you needed for a comfortable stay, even toothbrushes. It was great the room had Netflix. The manager was kind and helpful and replied to our requests instantly.

Nothing really, but the WiFi was a bit spotty (sometimes). Which is to be expected on an island.

Great location, less than 5 min walk from the port. The host was really kind, even let us check-in early and gave us suggestions (as we were there during low season, and not much is open). Really comfortable bed, and had all the necessary essentials and ample space with a 360° deck on top. We had the Leonard Cohen room, which has an amazing view right in front of the door. Highly recommend Hydra Icons.

Not a dislike, but we might have been the only couples staying there, but we never saw any staff

Let us in early and allow Ed us to keep bass there after check out, a few minutes walk to the port and town. Great Queen bed. (The Leonard Cohen room.)

A wonderful little hotel! Very clean, comfortable and well-appointed. The rooftop terrace offers stunning views of the town, port and mountains. The beds are comfrotable and room had everything I needed for a long, relaxing stay. Check-in was more than perfect and all my little whims and fancies were taken care of.

The advertisment listed cooking facilities but there weren't any. A toasted sandwich press was provided on request. Also our room was not serviced until we mentioned this to the owner.

Great location, style and the roof terrace was amazing with fabulous views over Hydra town to the harbour. A good welcome meet and greet with some recommendations for cafes, walks etc.

Fabulous. It was a pleasure to stay at Hotel Icons. The rooms are beautifully appointed and modern yet the hotel itself has all the charm of traditional Greek Island style and creativity. Very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The hosts were absolutely wonderful - thoughtful, pleasant and super professional.

A fabulous quirky hotel, with the theme of celebrity icons who have visited Hydra. Beautifully appointed with fabulous king size bed and superior linen. Not all rooms have views, but ours on the upper level did. The host and his daughter were super friendly and very helpful. It shows that this is a family run business. We loved the roof patio with arguably the best views over hydra. Spent many hours up here in the morning and at sunset. Very special as it was close enough bough to be in easy walking distance to the port but far away enough to be quiet and peaceful

Such a beautiful hotel with tasteful modern decor, the 360 roof terrace is fantastic, there is an honesty box with local wines you can watch the sunset on the terrace and try the wine. The staff are friendly and it is in a peaceful location away from the tourists.

The room was big, clean and exceptionally fully equipped. It was a nice surprise to see that there was also an iron and iron board provided. Amazing terrace with 360° view of the island that is beautifully decorated. Loved the architecture and the general interior vibe.

What an amazing time we had at Hydra Icons! Our room was ~10min walk from the Hydra harbour, and it had a balcony with a breathtaking view on the port and the surrounding mountains. Yiannis was an awesome host who we were able to communicate with easily and directly, and gave us plenty of recommendations on what to visit during our stay. Our room was spacious, cool and clean. I would stay here again, 100% recommend to anyone visiting Hydra. Thank you Yiannis!
