Nice layout of the spacious apartment; varied breakfast, sometimes with local dishes. Nice terrace overlooking the pool. Although the appartments are not far away from the beach, a car is recommendable. Very professional management of the apartments by Nikki and Fay. Pleasant and interesting communication with them. They had always good tips for the area.

Location was very convenient - very close to direct bus route from the main town, easy walk to restaurants and a lovely beach. Very relaxed atmosphere. Room layout was great - loads more space than in a lot of hotels and having double bed upstairs with its own bathroom, as well as two good single beds downstairs was fantastic. Pool was lovely, always quiet and with sunbeds always available. Staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Fab villas with lots of space for families. Great to have a separate bedroom, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and 4 terraces for the views! A washing machine was a great addition for us to be able to wash our clothes during our island hopping. Breakfast was varied. Only improvement would be a machine for coffee choices rafter than filter coffee.

Possibly a little too far to walk with small children but an easy 2 minute drive to the main beach/supermarket etc.

The villa was great! Lovely bedroom with ensuite upstairs and the boys had their own bathroom (with a washing machine) on the ground floor. We only stayed a few days but it had everything you needed for a longer stay. We didn't use the pool as we were with teenagers and loved the beaches but would be perfect for small children. Really easy to walk along the front with several different beaches and great restaurants to choose from. All far more reasonable than the other islands we'd visited. Nikki & Fay were perfect hosts, with great info on the island and made us feel very much at home.

It was agreed that this was our family’s PERFECT hotel! The accommodation is superb - a double storey apartment with 3 balconies. One overlooking the pool, one as a veranda outside area onto the pool and one upstairs with a view of the beautiful sea. Our boys loved the great pool. And we loved the breakfasts you took from the buffet back to your own outside space. Lovely atmosphere with families and couples all respecting each others holiday and being friendly. Staff were very helpful and cheerful. Near to restaurants and seaside. Wonderful!

I loved everything

The host Nikki and the other girl working at the front desk were exceedingly gracious and very helpful. All my questions were answered immediately. The breakfast consisting of local Greek dishes was excellent and something to look forward to. In retrospect, I'm glad I didn't rent a car, an added expense I didn't need since everything is within a 10 to 25 minute walk( Beaches, restaurants, supermarket, busstop) The location of the Villa was great , far enoughfrom theport of Chora but close enough by bus or taxi whick Nikki could easily arrange for 20 Euros The Villa was clean and comfortable with excellent climate control. There are nice balconies on both the lower and upper levels. I would highly recommend staying at this Villa.

Naxos is a family friendly island with beautiful beaches and this was our first stay on the island. Illiada Villas provided exceptional service pre and post holiday. Their staff set our expectations and planning prior to our stay by providing restaurants, lodging, and transportation information. They were able to plan transportation to and from the airport, arrange meal delivery, and provide daily cleaning services during our stay. The staff were always friendly, professional, and courteous. Daily breakfast was provided featuring local and fresh ingredients. The villas are also near nice restaurants, shopping and Agios Prokopios, one of the most beautiful beaches on the island.

The kitchen appliances were dated but functional. We didn't utilize them though.

The staff is the first thing we'd like to commend. They were all wonderful. So thoughtful with their recommendations. They helped with the car rental coming to us as well. They truly seemed to care about us. The location is great, 10 minutes from the beach and restaurants. And easily accessible by car. The breakfast was great with so many options and made fresh daily. The kids loved the pool as we basically had it for ourselves. It was rather quiet on the property as we arrived but was full as we left. Only thing is the appliances in the kitchen are dated. But we weren't there long enough to want to cook. If you do, there's a supermarket within walking distance.

We had a great time at the Iliada Villas! Well-suited for families: the villas are clean, the pool is excellent, and breakfast has something for everyone. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, and helped to make our stay that much more relaxing. There is a bus stop a little over 5 minutes away, and the beach is between a 10-15 minute walk, which was fine for us. A supermarket is on the way to the beach, so about a 10-minute walk. A great stay and would recommend the Villas to others.

We really enjoyed our stay at Iliada Villas! Great fresh breakfast with lots of variety every day, nice pool area + view and the room is comfortable. Only 10 min walk away from the beach and all the restaurants. We traveled with our little one in a stroller and this was perfectly fine to the beach. Lovely host who was always available for questions and great cappuccinos :) would definitely recommend!

Clean, comfortable, the toiletries provided by the hotel were nice. The breakfast was good and was accompanied by the cats that live there (that's a plus :)). And of course the pool was clean and deep.

Bathrooms in the villas needed a bit of maintenance (toilet roll holder falling off and missing shower shelf) but this was only very minor and likely because we stayed at the very end of the season.

Ideal location for a relaxing holiday. 5 minute walk to a village with plenty of tavernas and shops as well as a beautiful beach. Also very close to a bus stop for exploring Naxos Town and other places on the island. Lovely pool and spacious villa for two. Staff were helpful with our questions and needs.

I wish we were a little closer to the beach, shopping and restaurants, but the walk was 10 - 15 minutes to everything so it wasn't bad at all and we were able to walk off some of the amazing food we ate.

Fantastic breakfast with home cooked food every day and nice variety. Plenty of room to spread out. Inna was fabulous and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The housekeepers were wonderful too and really took good care of us.

the location is kind of a far walk for everything. we were charged for wanting water which was included in any other stay we were at . I asked for bus information and I was given and unhelpful link. so we weren’t given proper info on it and had to pay for a transfer back to the port. you need to buy 2 bus tickets per person to get up and back down to the port. would have been useful to know. it might be a scheme to use their specific transfer, because it’s the same guy every time

Location is great - just a short walk to the beach and lots of restaurants. We had a baby in a buggy and still found it very easy to get around without a car, visiting the restaurants and beaches twice a day. Lovely villa and pool with a view of the sea. Staff are great and always on hand to help with anything. Breakfast is great.

Wish our villa had a better view. Needed more trash bags in the villa, even though when we asked we got them. Maybe a warmer breakfast, when we got there the food had gotten cold.

Great location to Agios Prokopio Beach. Very modern and spacious villa. Front desk easy to talk to and pleasant when asking questions. Very clean property, easy with children. Ample parking space. Great!
