Rooms are a bit dated and air conditioner did not work; however- opened window and it was comfortable.

I would have given this hotel a 10/10 perfect rating had it not been for 2 main things: 1. Please, MAKE SURE YOU GET THE ROOM THAT YOU PAID FOR. For the high price of this hotel and the expensive rooms, I should expect something close to perfection. I was lucky to have noticed immediately that the room "with the private balcony" that I got was not the room I paid for. I was taken to an average room that had the view blocked by the pool and other tables in front of me, and the room itself inside was very small and very different from the original room I booked in booking.com. The ladies tried to excuse this saying that booking.com randomly selects pictures of the rooms, but upon checking my app and the reservation I made it was obvious we were given a simple room that would have been much cheaper. I was upset but respectful in my complaint and demand for a better room, the hosts/ladies were graceful about it, admitted the mistake, and took me and my partner to a much better room with a real "private balcony" which had a full and non-obstructed view of the sunset and Caldera view. My sister booked the same room I did, but unfortunately, she was stuck with an average room as they had no other rooms available. She did not realize in time she had been given a room that was different from what she originally booked. Her room did have a clear view of the sunset and Caldera view (it was not awful like the first one they had tried to give me), so we did not make a big deal about this anymore. 2. The beds and pillows are super hard. I wish there was variety of pillows because they were al hard pillows and not fluffy. The bed being hard made it not very comfortable to sleep. Small tip for future travelers to avoid any issues: 3. No matter what offers you get: KEEP YOUR RESERVATION via Booking.com or whatever site you used. Do not cancel for any special deals.

Beautiful hotel, with decent sized rooms, excellent breakfast service, and great friendly and patient hosts (2 ladies in reception). Not perfect so please keep reading! I liked many things about this Hotel and I would definitely recommend it to anyone as long as they keep a couple of things in mind (which I will list below on the "What i did not like" section). 1. Hotel is clean, big, picturesque, excellent for pictures, has a great swimming pool, amazing views, and truly as pretty as the pictures. It is fantastic for pictures and looks so impressive. We went at the perfect time/season as it was not crowded at all. 2. The room we got was spacious and comfortable despite the bathroom sink being outside of the bathroom. I did not like that, but not a big deal. The room has all of the things you need. 3. The swimming pool is a big plus and way better than most of the other hotels "private pools" which are tiny and secluded. It is deep so be careful. 4. The walk up the stairs to the street and city is painful, but worth it for the hotel location and style. You really feel like you get the full Santorini experience here. 5. Breakfast is perfect (you can request exactly how you want your eggs cooked!). The breads and cakes are fresh, and so is the coffee (perfect drip coffee!! and finally not the boring repetitive espresso and cappuccinos you find all over Europe). It is served promptly and professionally. 6. The two lady hosts were very friendly and patient with us, and they handled the issues I will list below very professionally. I was not happy with a couple of things and they tried their best in a sweet way to assist. I appreciated that. 7. The views are perfect, but make sure the rooms you are booking HAVE that view without obstructions.

The many steps and the pool water was too cold, making it less usable or enjoyable. The umbrellas obstructing the view. And no ice machune for guest ice. The rooms are a little dated bot comfortable enough for sleep. The rooms on the first level do not have unobstructed caldera view and should be noted as pool / caldera view.

Location in the caldera, breakfast served at your room balcony if requested.. Overall, it is a great place to stay if you desire to be right in the heart of the caldera. Good sunset views from the hotel.

Amazing view. Hosts were very helpful and responded to my questions and requests right away. Outside of the craziness of Fira so it was quiet, but still within walking distance to the main town. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a room for 4 people and it was a good size with balcony. Pool was fantastic and breakfast was good. They even cooked you eggs if you wanted them the way you would like. Fantastic views.
