Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews

Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

Beach bars are also close so you can hear the music from the distance but it isnt too bad, since beds are very soft and nice, easy to get relaxed.
The location was excellent, close to the beach, market and bus stop! Breakfast is okay. The staff is very friendly and nice, I recommend this Hotel if you do not need pool in your hotel.

Jut the location was difficult to find as it was on the other side of the road not major but I was very lost
Place was very clean and the staff very helpful BUT its on the wrong location on Google Maps and on another map it shows at the top of the town so it caused me a lot of trouble trying to find it and had to call them direct

Breakfast was basic but did not expect anything anyway… i prefer to go out and enjoy my own… One of the girls working there was a bit too much, pushing us to eat to the restaurant where she was working and also she was too gossipy, putting ger nose into our lives… im on holidays, please

Entertainment options in room - Definitely the rooms are provided with a television, however considering a foreign tourist location something not in Greek language would be more useful at time of leisure. Tap Water- Tap water is not potable, so we have to rely on bottled water for drinking and as the water is too much salty and hard - its not helpful for hair and body wash.
Apparently everything about the property was amazing. Location: The property is located very close to beach (Hardly 2 minute walk) and very much surrounded by a happening shoppibg street for touristic shopping. Staff: Everyone at the property is super friendly and very much helpful in suggestions. They guided us to the best eateries and options for tours which (considering all the suggestions) were all very useful. Breakfast: We were served a good breakfast as per the request (we are vegetarians - and it means a lot to get a healthy breakfast) Room Facilities: The studios are equipped with all the necessary amenities for preparing your food (if you are into cooking), and other useful utilities for a short/long stay.

The location of the hotel was very good, the beach was super close. We enjoyed the breakfast, it was delicious. The host was very kind and helpful. The room was ideal to us as it was clean and had air conditioning.

The bathroom and kitchen facilities were pretty basic but do the job.
The location is excellent, with the studios just 2 minutes walk from Kamari beach and many good restaurants. A tasty breakfast is served out on the patio and we were well looked after by Tania, who was friendly and welcoming. The bed was comfortable and the air-con was simple and effective.

not the property, but the local bus service is quite inefficient so you need a vehicle really to explore Santorini.

We didn't find anything we wouldn't like. Except the bed was not very confortable
We loved the personal. The land lady was wery kind and gave us some travel tips.We also loved the breakfast.
