The property was exactly as described, it was well maintained and close to everything, but quiet and private. Incredible views, and the private outdoor spa was excellent. The staff were exceptional in every aspect.

Everything are very good, except for the hand shower only. If add a shower head in the bathroom, there will be perfect.

The only feedback I can give for improvement is the breakfast. I wish they would have offered fresh bread from local bakeries instead of baguette or white toast bread, and also maybe a fruit salad instead of whole fruit. One vegan option (at least) would also be very much appreciated.

The location and the view were amazing. The staff were very kind, polite and helpful. Ben helped with our luggage and also brought our breakfast every morning. If we come back to the island, we will stay with them again.

An amazing stay to celebrate the 50th birthday of my wife. The location is perfect, a quiet area in Fira is rare. The Kamares team is awesome, helping book tours, restaurants, and taxis. The owner explaining us the family history of the house really make you feel at home. You have your private comfortable area, amazing views of the Caldera and the perfect sunset spot.

Everything was excellent!

Everything!!! The views over the caldera; our large, fun and comfortable "cave" room; our veranda with hot tub and breakfast table looking out to the mesmerizing sea; the quiet location with easy walks to "town". The best part was the staff! They become your best friends! They are so warm, friendly and helpful. There is nothing they won't do for you, all with a big smile. We did not want to leave, ever!

A singularly impressive view and accomodation as private as you would want. Maria greets you with a warm Greek smile and you know you are “home “ for your stay . Ben keeps the villas spotlessly clean and always at your beck and call for advice , extra items you may require or just a friendly chat about the island . Eduardo has the evening shift and as a local gives the best tips for a great stay. We loved chatting to him after our day out. Exceptional service by all Order everything on the breakfast menu, wake early for the sunrise and Ben will deliver to you on the balcony . Beaming smile and a warm greeting. When your day is done return to your balcony with a chilled glass of the the local wine and enjoy an amazing sunset . Please spend the extra and stay here . You will leave wondering why you hadn’t come here earlier Shame I can only give it 5 stars

I was a little disappointed as the outdoor hot tub was not overlooking the sea. Most of the hot tubs are outside overlooking the sea. I guess it was my bad luck didn’t get the one which overlooks the sea.

The stairs, but it's expected in Santorini!

The staff were unbelievable! Lady Maria, Mr Edward and Ben, thank you for everything. Nothing was ever a problem and they made our stay exceptional. The view is to die for and a quieter area of Fira made it so much more comfortable. Highly recommend.

The bathroom was smaller than expected

The service provided by all the staff especially Ben was exceptional. The spacious room was great and the hot tub . The sea view was amazing . The breakfast provided was delicious and generous .

Beautiful hotel. Our apartment was very comfortable. Beds were lovely, great having a tv where we could log into our Netflix. Perfect sitting area & of course the terrace, hot tube and view. The staff were so wonderful and helpful. Everyone was so welcoming. Breakfast was tasty, you can choose what your would like to order, how much of everything & when to have it arrive. Location was perfect, nice and quiet and very close to restaurants and the beautiful streets of Fira. Would 100% recommend & hope to come back someday!

EVERYTHING! Firstly, the accomodation itself was absolutely breathtaking. The minute you walk in it feels like you’re in a picture and the view of the ocean is 20 times better than the pictures. The bed and space was comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, location so central, and the spa on the balcony was incredible. Our favourite part about the stay though, the staff. The staff have this genuine care and love for their job. Ben, Edward, Maria, Lina, and all the other staff were some of the nicest people we have ever met. We felt like royalty the whole trip. They bent over backwards to make us feel comfortable and looked after and truly made the trip for us. Thank you to everyone at Kamares. We will be recommending this place to everyone and will most certainly be back.

The bathroom had a bad drain smell that got worse as the day went on.

Amazing view from our private balcony. Breakfast was excellent and brought to our room every morning. Very responsive and helpful staff. Big comfy bed was an added bonus!

Everything was handled perfectly and with a smile!

Nothing can compare to the expansive views of the Caldera from your own spa bath on your verandah!! Sitting back and taking in the perfect sunset every afternoon. Positioned just on the edge of Fira square,just a stroll to the vibrant facilities.Breakfast delivered every morning and all of the staff were always helpful and happy! Thank you to each and every one of them. We will be back.

No faults would of been nice to of had some changing facilities for when you have a late flight and need a quick shower.

Perfect view of sunset no need to go into the busy town to watch it. We had a standard room and had the most amazing view from our window, so waking up in the morning was beautiful. Breakfast is served to you on your balcony, u order the night before. All the staff especially Ben are great.
