I was happy. Two balconies! I had to leave at 7.30 a.m.for a taxi to Igoumenitsa so did not see what the morning scene was like.

The situation is beautiful looking over Valtos bay/hills beyond. Easy walk to the sea and also up the hill to very good restaurants and bars - a pleasant area. The staff (and cats) were very welcoming. The bed was really roomy and comfortable with sparkling clean sheets.

I stayed at a room on the lower floor. There was quite a bit of noise from neighoring rooms as the walls seemed quite thin.

The rooms are clean and spatious, equiped with a small kitchen and a shower. I didn't use the kitchen, so I won't be able to tell you anything about that. There is A/C present. The view from the balcony is wonderful. Wifi works perfectly. There is a large parking space next to the hotel. There is a friendly lady who welcomes you when her son, I believe, isn't present the moment you check in. She speaks German, which I can understand just a little, but it was all clear to me. It takes about twenty minutes to walk downhill to the village of Parga.

Rooms are not soundproof at all and that is the only negative we have. You can literally hear when someone is taking steps on the stairs.

Location is great, you need to walk 5-7 minutes to Valtos beach. The view is beautiful, you'll enjoy morning coffee/tea on your balcony and watching sea. The balcony is really big.

Uncomfortable mattress and small double bed. The AC was old and the lid would not move so the cold air went directly to the bed, it was hard to sleep with it during the night. The key lock was also old and hard to use to open and close the door. Also they could put more string for drying clothes, I saw other rooms had a rack, ours didn’t.

Good location, near the beach, large and clean room. Cleaning was done everyday, change of towels and bedsheets every 2 days. Nice hosts.

There was nothing not to like

My boyfriend and I have stayed here for our vacation in September 2022. We also brought our dog, one year old yorkie. The owners were absolutely wonderful. Pleasant, helpful and so kind with our dog. She loved them both. The property is as shown on the pictures. It has a lovely yard with the parking lot - a huge plus in Parga as it gets crazy crowded in the evening. House is on a perfect spot, overlooking Valtos beach (you need 5min on foot to get to the beach) and very close to the city (8-10min). But be prepared for steep climbs, as Parga is all about steep and narrow streets. It did not bother us. That is what makes Parga so wonderful afterall. Our room was on the top floor, with a huge terrace looking at Valtos beach. You can hear waves through the open windows. There is a clothes line on the tearrace so you can dry your towels and clothes. Room was cozy and comfortable and spotlessly clean. Our towels and bed linens were changed throughout the stay and room cleaned every day. Kitchen was fine dor us, with the fridge, stove top with two plates. Be aware there is no oven if this is important for you. There is no kettle, but you can quickly heat the water for coffee and tea on the stove. You get washing liquid, a new, unpacked sponge for washing the dishes and cotton kitchen towels. The bathroom was small but clean and nice. Only thing we would change is the lighting as it is a bit dim. But this is just our preference to have really bright lighting there. There is an air conditioner in the room and you can use it if it gets too hot. We used it only a little as nights were nice in September, so we slept with open terrace (it has slide door with mosquito protection). If we visit Parga again, we will surely stay here. Perfect place and supernice owners! Every recommendation!

We had a sea view room but actually it was partially sea view. No coffee machine (I brought my own). No hair dryer - but I didn't ask at the reception. Also, please take into consideration that there is a hill to climb when returning from the beach.

The location of the villa. They cleaned the room every day. The room was big. The bed was perfect. I saw some reviews about the hard matress but for us it was great.

Beautiful place on a good location, with a private parking spaces in the yard. It is close both to the center and especially to the Valtos beach. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed during the stay. The hosts were really friendly.

Everything was great, the rooms very clean, they would clean the room everyday change towels. All the kitchen facilities in the room. Great location , really near Valtos beach. Parking spot on the yard(the most needed thing in Parga). The attendee of the hotel very polite and helpful. Totally recommend to everyone.

The furniture from the kitchen looked and was a little bit old

Location near city center and close to the beach. Big room and clean. The towels were changed often. The bathroom recently renovated, clean and spacious Very intimate space. The garden was big. you had a place to stay in the evening and it was quiet. The staff was very very polite It was super worthed Parking place for free
