Absolutely amazing service starting from the airport pick up till the last minute of the checkout. Dionisis and Iliana both of them gave a very warm welcoming feeling from check in till the check out. Location was soo nice that you get the best sunset right from your room! The inside of the cave like shower could use resurfacing or at least a new paint job.

Imerovigli is situated right in the center of a beautiful cliff hugging area of Santorini and the Kapari resort is smack in the middle of it, taking advantage of the stunning views over the caldera, the sea and surrounding islands. The rooms are cave like, super comfortable and clean, offering a lovely breakfast outside overlooking the views. A pool was right outside our door and towels provided. A wonderful stay in a gorgeous location.

The only thing that I suggest is for the pool area, to be more supervised for glasses and towels left by the other guests who sometimes leave their stuff taking the beds and coming back after hours, giving the others no chance to enjoy the area

Parking not easy but that’s a general problem in Santorini. Breakfast should be better for this class of hotel. Eg buffet a bit poor. Quite annoying to be pressured to checkout (called at 11:01, checkout time 11:00) and that after we told staff serving breakfast to let reception know that we would need a few more minutes and they said they would do so, but evidently they didn’t. This is not ok for the price paid. Overall, the staff was nice but one would expect a higher, actually an impeccable, level of professionalism for the price. Staff did not seem well trained.

Amazing views, unique really! Very comfortable bed. Less so the sofa. Nice, ample shower. Cleanliness satisfactory. Nice pool, could be bigger but space is limited. Helpful staff, helped with luggage. Wifi worked well.

should be improved - it happened several times that our order was forgotten, the girl who helped us spoke very little English and had poor control over the tray (while giving the order or collecting the dishes, she kept poking some guest). The staff could visit the pool more often, it happened that guests left their towels and disappeared for the whole day and there was no room for others. There were no wine glasses and no spoons in the room.

Beautiful view, cleanliness, very exquisite dishes in the restaurant (for dinner), great reception service. They have contact with a super guide who organizes an individual tour of the island for you.

Shampoo and soap dispensers in the shower feel a bit old school and dated.

The location and views from the room, restaurant and pool are amazing! The room service (burger and risotto) and breakfast tasted fantastic and priced well for the area. The bathroom is spacious and nice for a couple and bedroom cave fun.

Everything was amazing!! I loved being up in Imerovigli away from the crowds of Oia. Oia was easily accessible if you wanted to get there, but we had no need to leave the resort. We had our own private hot tub and balcony overlooking the sea it was absolutely the best way to spend two days of our vacation!

They only provide you with one water. They told us the minibar was complimentary but it wasn’t. The breakfast staff seemed new to the service industry and not sure what to do.

The Wifi service could be better.

Imerovigli is the right place to stay in order to stay away from the crowds coming from the cruise ships. Kapari Hotel is very nice and clean, our room was Up&High Suite and it allowed us much more privacy compared to the other rooms. All staff is very helpful to improve the quality of your stay.

was that entering into Imerovigli and even on paths there is so much trash on this island and even when u go to places like amalfi hotels make sure the entrances or where we stand waiting for transport that it is clean for the prices people pay for rooms i should not see this kind of trash .. it was awful

There is limited space around the pool but due to landscape this seems to be normal in the area. It did not bother us too much.

Located in Imerovigli, Kapari Natural Resort was a 25 to 30 minute walk to Fira. There are enough restaurants and supermarkets in the immediate area of the hotel. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool area is small with only 7 sunbeds but we were able to use them every day. There are sunbeds located outside rooms also. The view from the rooms and pool area is spectacular. Breakfast was tasty and fresh, served in an area with great views. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Rooms are relatively basic, you pay for the views. Air conditioner was underperforming, and cave houses become very humid.
