A pool would have been helpful for the children. If both rooms would have been near each other / on the same floor it would have been better.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Location by the sea is very beautiful. Xenia was exceptional.

Music a little too loud at breakfast. Limited offerings from the kitchen in shoulder season. Shower curtain fell outside the shower area. Messy.

The room, the balcony, the sea view, the sound of the sea, the sea breeze, the bed, and the staff. No traffic. No road between hotel and park and sea. Definitely worth more than a one-night stand.

The hotel has a brilliant location with outstanding views and within a few minutes' walk to the centre. It's served with a lift, it's clean and very well maintained. The continental breakfast was generous, and staff were helpful.

The location is wonderful, at the seaside with a beautiful green garden.Beach and harbour nearby. Breakfast was very good, served on the terrace. You can also have dinner there which is very good too! I would definitely come again!

The location is excellent for beaches, restaurants and walking around town. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The breakfast overlooking the water each morning was wonderful. Just an excellent little budget getaway in Karystos!

Amazing location. Discreet and helpful staff at the front desk, servers where mostly polite. Room was sparkling clean but the ac units were old and one was out of order. Breakfast was ok. We had dinner one night, food wasn’t good unfortunately. The location is awesome though and the hotel although the facilities are old, is clean, well run and well maintained. Also the staff was very accommodating towards families with small children! All in all, we’d most definitely stay here again if we are in Karystos.

The breakfast was good (table service on the terrace overlooking the garden) but the daily menus was quite bread heavy.

Well equipped, clean rooms with all facilities you would expect. The location is excellent, between the best beach in town a landscaped garden and the area with all restaurants. The staff (especially at breakfast) were extremely kind and personable. It was so good we rebooked and returned for another week!

Beautiful town with a lovely dock and a large promenade. With a lots of monuments, archaeological sites and nice taverns. The sea is very clean, full of fish, sandy beaches that are close to the hotel. The hotel is located in lovely, quiet and peaceful place 200-300 m from the town center. The garden in front of the hotel is decorated with lots of flowers and greenery, which we particularly liked. The breakfast is excellent, and a special atmosphere os provided by the breakfast in the garden, as well as the staff who are very kind and accomodating.

The bathroom was small and there was only a shower curtain which meant the bathroom floor was soaked after every shower
