No laundry service. There was some loud noises through the walls which sounded like they were coming from the room above us.

Some tables from the restaurant are located on the ceiling of our room, which generates some noises when they move the property, Also in the early morning of one day there was a lot of wind and this caused the tables to move, causing a lot of noise.

The location is great. The sunset is amazing. The staff are excellent and can’t do enough to please the guests. The food/Bar excellent. This is an all round excellent hotel. I will be back!

The staff were very friendly and professional, and accommodated me very late at night after my ferry got delayed which I appreciated. Everything was very clean and they served me a huge breakfast which is included in the price.

The property was just absolutely stunning and the room was perfect and spacious. They even upgraded us to a better suite since they had availability. The location is good and has a few food/ drink places nearby. There’s also a good walking trail at the back of the hotel that was perfect for morning walks. The stuff was incredible and the breakfast served in the morning was a cherry on top. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful breakfast brought to your room each morning. The property is lovely and the view could not be better! The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay an excellent experience! Especially Salome at the front desk - she was a wonderful concierge for our stay! So friendly and cheerful!

Lovely views, incredible spa/pool in the room, service was above and beyond what you expect. Our stay was so great- we will be back! Honeymoon suite was perfect, bed was so comfortable! Breakfast on the deck was a real treat!

Our stay at the Kasimatis La Perla hotel in Imerovigli was nothing short of breathtaking. My wife and I were greatly looking forward to this part of our month long adventure. The hotel was beautiful and well located. We were happy that we stayed in Imerovigli as it is quite quieter than Fira and Oia. We were greeted by Salome at the hotel who I corresponded with before arrival. She was wonderful and took care of anything that we needed. Our room looked out over the caldera with spectacular views. Complete with a mini jacuzzi tub and deck chairs on our private patio. A delicious breakfast was served each morning on our deck at our table overlooking all. What a beautiful way to start the day. We also had a pool lunch on our first day and a dinner at their restaurant at the top of the hotel another evening. Both were excellent!! The room and amenities we well appointed. We were both so sad to leave as it was a very special three nights at the Kasimatis.

Just perfect. Don't hesitate to book this hotel. Staff were exceptional and location perfect. Was great to walk to Fira then catch bus or taxi home. View was to die for - our driver from airport said we would have the best sunset view in Santorini and he was not wrong.

We absolutely loved our stay at Kasimatis! The staff was friendly, the room was beautiful, and the front desk was always available to answer any of our questions. We also loved the town of Imerovigli and how close it was to everything. Breakfast in the room was always prompt and delicious!

Amazing property, staff so helpful and friendly. Everywhere was spotless and breakfast was great with a huge choice.

My only consideration would be to add more hooks in the bathroom/room in general to hang towels/things.

I’m not even sure how to properly convey how much my husband and I loved our experience at Kasimatis. We booked pretty last minute when we decided to take a belated honeymoon at the beginning of September (since we got married in 2021). I had saved this hotel in a list with a plethora of others on booking.com and one night there was a random sale for a significant discount and we were able to snag a superior double room with a hot tub and caldera view (pro tip, only get the hot tub if you plan on spending a lot of time in your room…we were out and about most of the time so only used it once or twice because we felt like we had too). Our experience was wonderful even before we arrived - the transportation that we had arranged from the port to the hotel was 5 stars. On arrival our luggage was whisked away down the stairs for checkin and then carried to our room. We selected our breakfast spread for each morning (that was AMAZING), delivered at the time of your choosing. The restaurant in the hotel, Ammilos, was delicious and the best spot on the island for a sunset view (seriously don’t waste time fighting for a place to watch the sunset - watch it from the comfort of your room or the restaurant with some apps and a glass of wine!). The room was spacious, clean, had a mini fridge and sink as well as wine glasses and coffee/tea. The view was incredible, but the best part was the staff! Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. I had developed an infection from a bug bite and after explaining the situation they called the clinic in Fira and arranged a time for my arrival (our experience at the clinic was also 5 stars). We also decided we wanted a rental car since we didn’t want to waste money on taxis. They presented us with a few companies and once we picked they arranged for the car to be dropped off right in the parking area at the entrance to the hotel (there is free public parking right at the entrance). Last but certainly not least - location.
