There's nothing to dislike here.

Perfect location, peaceful, serene, and the vista is tremendous. There's nothing bad to say about Katerina, our 2nd stay here, and will undoubtedly return. Andrea's hosting skills are 5 stars, and nothing too much trouble. Rooms flawless, cleaning staff work really hard to maintain this beautiful hotel. Breakfast is a must, every palate catered for and very well priced. The pool as a centrepiece is breathtaking at night. See you next year.

Shower didn’t have a working door or curtain, but wasn’t too inconvenient

Great view from balcony, there was a lift to help with luggage up 4 stories. My family of 5 (kids 9,7, & 6) fit comfortably with plenty of space for everyone. The people working there were nice and helpful. There was a pool, but we didn’t use it but it looked nice. Very convenient to town, beaches, restaurants, grocery stores etc.

I would expect the staff to speak English a little bit more, especially when the reception staff is not around. Few more kitchen items like a bowl, cutting board, kettle would be beneficial.

Cleaningness on the highest level, very nice location, pool area and view from the balcony. Very kind and friendly staff, although they speak very little English. Kitchen amenities, very few but enough to make simple meals. Air-conditioning in the room. Lift available to use.

The sofa bed was not as comfortable, this was reported by my 17 year old son and the air con was blowing right underneath the bed into my sons face so we had to keep the air con off at night time.

We loved our stay in the hotel as we had a view over the Vasiliki Bay, pool was great too and teenage children had so much fun! Staff were very kind and accommodating and the hotel make an amazing club sandwich!!

The location and the view are top!! Nice pool and great staff. I visit every year Lefkada. I love Vasiliki and this is the best place to stay. 100% recommended

Although we weren’t planning on eating in the room, the catering facilities were very basic. Not enough glasses for 4 people and not enough spoons for us to have cereal. It would have been nice to have a wine glass in the cupboard to enjoy a drink on the balcony (but that’s being really picky!) The one bedroom apartment was great for us as a family of four but the double bed was quite uncomfortable for more then a one night stay. Views from the balcony was amazing and it was great to have a little line to dry clothes after being to the beach.

Location was great although a bit of a walk in the heat. However, it was worth it once we got to the hotel and saw the view. The pool was fantastic with a great view too. Our room was amazing - I think we had the best view through both sides where the children slept and from the bedroom on the balcony. Staff were really helpful with everything we needed. We even had a lift back down to the bus station on departure so that we didn’t have to walk with our luggage.

Our overall experience was great. The whole staff was so hospitable, smiled and helpful. Little things make great impression! We didn't feel like tourists in a hotel, but as guests at friends' home and this feeling was incredible! The hotel is extremly clean! The location is superb. We would love to visit this place again!

It’s quite a walk to Vassiliki town centre which was a bit of a killer in the heat especially coming back up the steps but the view makes it worthwhile

The shower cabin was leaking. No hair dryer in the room.

The property is really nice and clean, it offers a great view over the area. Hosts were friendly and helpfull. There are plenty of parking spots and the pool is great, we enjoyed it in the afternoon. Didn't got a chance to check the breakfast but they have a good coffee machine.
