Our room was really spacious and cleaned daily. The facilities were great. Sophia was an excellent host and made us feel really welcome. The sea view was perfect for watching morning sunrise. Lots of local amenities and really easy to get to the main road to access the island.

The water pressure was very low, stopping completely in the middle of showers.

Gorgeous, well decorated and stocked rooms. Perfect location for the beach, restaurants, and shops. High level of cleanliness. Sophia is a wonderful host, she was incredibly helpful when we got locked out of our room at a late hour.

This place was just wonderful. The hotel is located in a small town Maleme and you have only 1 minute walk to the beach. The room was pleasant, clean and nicely decorated. The hotel also has its own swimming pool, which the children really enjoyed. Thanks to the staff, especially Sophia, who was really kind and helpful. Thank you for a pleasant experience!

Oliva Hotel is just 2 minutes from the beach front in the quiet village of Maleme. It has a beautiful pool and pretty gardens with sun loungers and garden furniture to relax in. The view from the balcony was beautiful looking out over the sea. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Shaded curtains to get a good night's sleep. The bathroom was well equipped and had a super full sized shower. Sophia was very helpful and friendly, offering advice to guests. Her mother makes the most delicious banana and nut cake and there was always some on the reception desk for us to enjoy!

It had all the facilities for a relaxed vacation. Curtains in the room are darkening, airco was great and towels/sheets were always clean, there’s a soft light above the bed, so perfect for sleeping. The swimming pool and sun beds were great to relax, always available. We enjoyed the balcony with a sea view, table with chairs for a snack/drink and drying rack for the wet clothes from the pool. The room has a mini kitchen with stove and fridge, perfect for storing/preparing occasional foods/drinks and ice cream. We also appreciated the welcoming brochure with all the details for a comfortable stay. Especially appreciate the washing machine on site to share, beach umbrella left from previous guests and beach towels to rent, eco friendly.

We were really happy with all the amenities, with the beautiful view, everything was really clean (thank you to the cleaner lady for her service) and Sophia was very kind, sweet and helpful. We will definitely be back in a future.

Unfortunately, we got an apartment on the ground floor next to the reception. Our balcony looked directly on the entrance. It was noisy and a little bit inconvenient.

- Super clean apartment, everyday free cleaning was included. - Very well-equipped kitchen. - Nice pool area. - Sea is close.

Noisy kids in the pool (our room was right next to the pool). This is a given over school holidays for any place with a pool so it doesn't really say anything about how lovely the place was to stay at. Would highly recommend.

The staff were friendly, the room was very clean, it had a small kitchen area and the pool was clean and a nice extra if you did not want to walk down to the beach. Beach and restaurants is just a small walk (1min) away.
