My only criticism is the pillows, I found them too hard, but that is a personal issue and they did try get softer ones, but it didnt stop me having a lovely holiday!

Luba, one of the receptionists, Zara one of the lounge staff, and to be honest all of the rest of the staff made my stay so good. I had a problem with the first room I was given as I am a very light sleeper and it was near the hotel laundry, but Luba changed the room for me, and the new one was lovely and bright and exactly what I wanted for my stay. Also she arranged for me to have a late check out, for a small fee, on my last day as my flight wasnt until 9.45 that evening. Overall though, it is a lovely hotel, very central and across from the beach, with everything you need there, or close by and I would go back tomorrow if I could!! Definitely recommend for solo travel as I felt very safe.

The showers could be updated but I knew that from previous reviews and I found the bed too firm but saying that slept very well every night.

I had a nice room with a balcony overlooking the pool and close to the beach. The bed was comfortable and the facilities in the room were fine. The receptonist who greeted me, Libuv, was exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Great location close to the local shops and restaurant. It's on the beach with comfortable sunbeds. The staff is extremely friendly. Very good breakfast is included. The rooms are a bit outdated but well maintained.

Very friendly and helpful staff and great location (right at the beach). Rooms were tidy, cleaned daily. Beds were a bit hard, but the hotel provides a soft topper on request. Cozy, lively restaurant/bar. Would definitely recommend!

The breakfast wasn’t great on the first day we went so we didn’t go back, and we just chose to eat out anyway. No big problem and lots of people seemed to be there each morning.

Shower was very bad, even not for tallest person it was not comfortable to move in it, it was very small. They have only salty water running through pipes, but that is government problem not hotel problem. Breakfast was pretty weak. The bed if you are tall is too short and towels can be softer :)

Very good location, sea is very near, whole centre, shops, bars and also bus stop. The staff is super friendly and pool water was so refreshing :)
