The room was much bigger than expected with two balconies and a terrific view of the island of Thassos. The breakfast had so many options that we did not manage during our two-night stays to taste all the different delicacies. Maybe next time! Add on Bonus: The free charging of our EV.

At check out we found out we had to pay for the minibar, we didn’t see a list in the room. I would make some touch ups in the room ( check the shower cabin - rusty, some black marks on the walls).

Breakfast was excellent! Staff exceptional! Location of hotel a bit far from centre but for us was great, nice and quiet, best views, best choice! we had a car, there is a public parking in the city, very convenient, 2 euro first 6 hours! Great restaurants! Nice strolls on the promenade!

Only one thing , which i couldn't accept as a behaviour from the lady in the Spa Center on date 01.01.2024, was her rush with asking us to leave the pool even if we didn't exceeded the time of 1 hour! We have booked the time slot for entrance at least 2-3 months in advance for 17:00 o clock. She came in 17:56 and she has informed us that there is time to leave. Of course we had hand watches by ourselves in order to check the time and to not exceed it , as we did it in the past days , but as i have told her that we have 4 last minutes in order to prepare our selfs and to enjoy our last stay in the Spa Center ,she told us that we can keep the robes in this case as compensation. I didn't want the possessions of the hotel to be kept by ourselves and that's why we left them in the change room , but we want to be improved the way of treatment of the people in Spa Center. That why i left 8 stars ,not 10 in this case. One very good comparison and example with the right behaviour was her male coworker, who was very nice to all people and he didn't treat the people like this way. He had had shifts from 30.12-31.12.2023 during our stay.

We have stayed during the New Eve period 2023-2024 and there were a lot of things ,which are very positive starting with the atmosphere and ending with the clean rooms with each detail inside. Once we have arrived in Kavala, we fell inlove with the sea view presented from the balcony in the hotel. The room was quite clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and various for the 5 star hotel and of course the stuff was very friendly, not only during breakfast time but also their other colleagues on the reception and in the kitchen. This was expected from our side and the preparation of our meals during dinner time on the next day after the celebration of the New Year was served via room service and it was quite fast , so there is a 10 from 10 as a rating. Good vibes were everywhere in the hotel and i highly appreciate it! The Spa Center was very quiet and nice and it was booked via reservation in advance for the exact entrance there in order to avoid such crowds everywhere. The Spa Center was free for all guests and you can stay there for 1 hour per day.

Room was not spacious, there was no kettle and free water (only in a mini bar), which in my opinion should be in 5 stars hotel.

Really good breakfast. This is the first hotel where I've seen gluten free options for breakfast (I'm gluten intolerant). Enough parking places, sea view, comfortable bed, hair dryer.

The room was a little bit dirty , especially the bed , a lot of hairs and dirt under the duvet covers but overall it was decent.

The location is very good if you are looking for just a one night stop over, the on site restaurant also is pretty nice and there are a lot of parking spaces outside ( bonus , there is a ev charging station )

I didn't like the shower curtains in the bathroom as I think it is quite outdated for a 4-star hotel.

The pool was nice and I also had dinner at the restaurant which was amazing.
