Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaI recently had the pleasure of staying at Manoula's Beach Resort in Mykonos, and I couldn't have been more delighted with my experience. From the moment I set foot on the property, I was captivated by the stunning views of the crystal-clear Aegean Sea and the pristine sandy beach right at the doorstep. What truly sets Manoula's Beach Resort apart, though, is the exceptional service provided by the friendly and attentive staff. Every member of the team went out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable and memorable. Their warm hospitality made me feel like a welcomed guest from the start. The accommodations were tastefully decorated, clean, and comfortable, offering a perfect blend of modern amenities and the traditional charm of Mykonos. Manoula's Beach Resort also provides easy access to Mykonos Town with the bus stop right outside the hotel. I can't recommend this beautiful retreat enough, and I can't wait to return for another unforgettable stay.

AustraliaWhat is not to like? Away from the hustle and bustle of Mykonos’ tourist traffic, this resort brings peace, high class and very professional staff. My wife and I would venture out for the attractions of Mykonos, only to shortly wish we were back at this resort. A two minute walk to a peaceful beach and two incredible restaurants this resort is for the couple or friends who want to walk away feeling refreshed and completely accommodated to a 5 star level. Oh and the poolside food and drinks, amazing!

United States of AmericaThe lounge beds in the pool areas have fixed shade covers which rarely provide shade to most if any of the lounge beds. It would be better if these were adjustable/movable as the sun moves. Also, on site drinks and food for purchase are unnecessarily expensive. We would have had a lot more food and drinks around the pool if they were more reasonably priced.
This property is a perfect weekend hideaway with great views from a great pool/lounge area and a beach close by. The entire property is very modern and well maintained. The staff is very kind and helpful.

United States of AmericaThe bar on the premises was not great but the bar next door was awesome and very friendly.
We liked that we had our own pool area for just 2 rooms it was quiet secluded from everyone else. We liked the fact that we’re right in front of their bus system so we were able to go to downtown in minutes. No need to rent a vehicle. And the view from our room was awesome. The daily breakfast was also good.

Germany- some sunbed sheets had holes and could be replaced but that’s really the only super tiny downside, everything else is in super shape and of perfect quality - no AC in the small gym made it very hard to train as the room was very hot

RomaniaNot that big of a problem, but some slippers and robes would have been nice. The rules also state that the pool is to be used until 8PM, but one night a group of young men stayed late and made noise while swimming in the pool.
We loved our room, it was beautiful and very comfortable to stay in. The view from the room over the pool and the sea was just breathtaking. You could see them directly from the bed. The pool is gorgeous, one of the nicest pools I've seen. The room, balcony, and the entire hotel were spotless and room cleaning is done everyday. The staff is very nice, we even requested an airport transfer and everything went smoothly. The breakfast and drinks at the bar by the pool were also good and diverse. The location is perfect, right by some very good and popular restaurants, as well as by two beaches. The bus station is right outside the hotel and it takes no more than 15 minutes to get to Mykonos Town.
