We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

ItalyRoom was not super clean, even when the cleaners came to clean every day we were there. It's an older hotel so do not expect a modern room.
Great value, low price. Room is a good size. Great location, very close to the old town and close to many restaurants and shop. Beach/ocean close by as well. There's a little supermarket right in front of the hotel as well. Hotel staff were helpful and nice.

CyprusThere is no parking on the premises so you have to find somewhere to park around the hotel. The good thing is that you can always park on the sidewalk next to the hotel and the staff can give you suggestions on where to park your car.
The staff were very helpful especially Mr. Spyros in reception, he gave us great recommendations on where to eat and what to do in the city and he was very kind. The room was very good for the price. The only downside was the noise from the bars and night clubs outside but there's nothing they can do about it and the breakfast was also great.

In the description of the hotel it states that with every room rate breakfast was included. This was not the case it was €10 per person per day Cleaners very noisy at 7 in the morning and guest are very loud
Room was very cozy and great location. Lots of things to do around hotel. Great beaches, restaurants and shops. Wifi was great and lovely balcony. Air condition was amazing.
