Great location near the port and lots of eateries

Mainly 2 issues: no way to totally block out light from the balcony, and no air-change system in the bathroom.

Hotel's location was great: we had a super view on the pier at breakfast (consumed at 6th floor). There was a good variety overall

The breakfast room, which is on the rooftop with amazing views is not open outside of breakfast hours. It would have been great to be able to use that room to lounge.

The bathroom needs to be upgraded. Wi-fi needs to be strengthened.

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was really nice, big variety to choose from. Overall, the room was comfortable and clean, with very nice sea view. The location of the hotel is convenient with direct and close access to the city center.

I did like most of it except that i booked for 2 beds but we end up in 1 large bed...i prefer 2 separate beds coz my friend is always moving while sleeping that's why i booked 2 beds online

The bathroom had some mould. I was on a different floor to a previous visit and the room quality wasn't the small at all.

Really friendly helpful staff. Breakfast is included. However, I was leaving too early to avail of it. The staff arranged for coffee and a small continental breakfast in the lobby.

Some furniture especially bathroom would use reconstruction. Someone was moving furniture in the room above me and it was really loud so I couldn't sleep in the morning

Its a little bit noisy with noises coming from the hallway with some reverb. Probably from elevator door or something like that. Also some black mold in the shower at the waterscreen. But besides that a very nice hotel i would recommend.

Perfect location. Small walk to the city centre and near the Port parking which was only €3,- per day. Nice museum in the street near hotel. Breakfast on the 6th floor with viewings on to the venetion fort.

The room was much smaller than expected. It was too tight for 2 beds and did not leave much room for storage. The bathroom was struggling for space.

The location of the hotel is very ideal and easily reachable. Being close to the city center was a big plus. The breakfast was GREAT and stall was very cordial. The ocean view was very nice. the hotel is a walk away from very good food courts and coffee place and easily accessible to port and main road.

Bit noisy, I would sleep with the window open.

The room was spacious, a bit dated, but clean. Location was good as it was within walking distance into the town centre. I only stayed one night to get to the airport the next day.

A bit of markings (from luggage I think) on the walls, and the shower closing could have been a bit cleanier, other than that, perfect experience! Would be happy to return here :)

Nice breakfast (they provided us with nice gluten free options). Awesome view from the breakfast area. Very friendly staff! Early checkin provided because we arrived early with a lot of luggage and the room was already clean. They provide an online platform for booking a taxi (we ordered one to go to the airport, easy process)

The bathroom: the shower head was broken so the only way to shower is by holding the head yourself. There was a strange smell in the bathroom and although it looked relatively clean we couldn’t work out where the smell was coming from

Just a 12 min walk away from the port and 8 minutes walk from the bus station. Staff were friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows in our room were the comfiest we had in the 9 days we spent in Greece! We didn’t have breakfast as we had to leave early for a ferry to Santorini

As mentioned in other reviews, the bathroom needs to be renovated.

The hotel is in good location, 10 mins away from the Central bus station and old town. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is good. Nice comfortable bed.

The hotel room was clean and tidy and we were lucky enough to have a view of the harbour. The breakfast was fine and the view from the breakfast room was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. On top of all this the location is great, nearly equidistant from the bus terminal, the ferry, the archeological museum and liberty square for the local bus to Knossos.
