There are ants in apartment. No sunshade on balcony so at daytime it is too hot there.

Very good location near the sandy beach. Not bad mattresses on beds. Good working conditioning in each room. Nice view from the balcony. Music in nearest restaurants stops at about midnight and at night it is quiet. Two clean pools with lots of comfortable sunbeds. It was best frying pan ever I have ever met in any apartments. Supermarket on hotel territory. Late check-out possibility till 17.00 for 25 euro.

We stopped in three different areas on the island. Our family's favorite was the Pefkos area. Matina Pefkos Aparthotel was in a very good location. Beach, shops, restaurants, car rent all in few minutes of walk.

The hotel was convenient for the beach and Pefkos evening entertainment. The rooms were spacious, clean and included sufficient basic furniture and fittings. We used the small balcony most days. The hotel controlled the use of the air-condition/electrics by only issuing one room key which meant you could not leave it on whilst out of the room, but this was not an issue for us. The receptionists were particularly welcoming and very helpful when we needed to arrange anything.

Only one room key per room. This made it very awkward when travelling with a larger group. My daughter took her baby back at night to get her settled. When it was time for us to go back we had to knock my daughter up to let us in which very often ended up with waking the baby up. We asked for a second key but was told NO. Not ideal at all.

Great location for a relaxed stay on Rhodes. Great sandy beach just down the road and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Good value for money and facilities. We had a great room with a small sea view and fantastic terrace for a relaxed evening.

The airconditioning is not cold enough for hot summer nights. No bath lotion and shampoo at the bathroom.

The aircon in the bedroom was unfourtenately not really good cooling anymore, but just okay, we did not bother to mention this, but it needs maintenance the terrace could have an umbrella or sunshade cover as it is in the full sun all day.

Very nice friendly welcoming by staff, nice large appartment, we stayed in a 5 person appartment. one bedroom with 2 beds and 3 separate beds in the living room, big terrace with table and chairs and two sunbeds . There are two pools at the resort with a lot of sunbeds, but unfourtenatly a lot of guests are claiming the sunbeds already early morning while they are not there yet, they are leaving their towels there, so other guests have no space anymore. There are two big restaurants/bars near the both pools and a supermarket onsite for all your needs. The beach is at walking distance(100m) and the street is full of restaurants, little shops, all at short walking distance.

Pool sides seem a bit grubby, especially at the new pool. Alot more cats than normal ? Not just at Matina, full resort. Used to be signs around discouraging people from feeding them .

There was somebody else blood around the sink. there are no tea towels provided. staff not very knowledgeable on food choices in the area (she was being trained in and was incredibly lovely but her experienced co-worker didn’t chime in)

Apartment was small for five (2 adults/3 kids) and very basic. There was one bed in the living, that also served as a 'couch', which we placed alongside the other two beds in one of the two bedrooms. We were given a couch to fill up the void that was left in the living. I would recommend to have a nice salon setup in the living (couch and small table). Or just have this roomtype available for 4 sleepers only. It would also be nice to have a kitchen towel, sponge/washing up brush at arrival. The kitchen was poorly stacked.

Air conditioning was a bit temperamental. We had a cockroach in our room, could have been because the bathroom window had been left open before we checked in, but I hate them!!

Great location for the beach, pools, bars and restaurants. Comfortable beds which isn’t always a given (as we found out earlier in our holiday at another hotel) The lady on reception was very friendly and helpful.

Lack of kitchen tools for self cattering, only bread knife. No soap or shower gel. No towels for the pools. A bit crowded pools.

Few steps from lovely Paralia beach. Delicious food at Kyma beach restaurant. Balanced for UK tourists. Two pools, supermarket. Good for families with children. Friendly staff
