The room was modern and bright.The bed was the most comfortable I have had in any visit to Greece. The shower room was well decorated and spacious. The kitchen team was compact but well equipped. We had a beautiful sea view room with balcony. Location was beach front and a 10 minute walk to the main town. Great selection tion of bars and restaurants on the beach. The room was cleaned every day . I would definitely recommend. The hotel has a restaurant attached Exantas which has breath taking views, stunning food, great service. The team are really lovely

Perfect location, comfortable bed, clean and modern style. Directly at the beach, friendly staff and nice food. Easy to reach the old town by foot and a bus stop to go to many beaches on the south side of the island.

I like the room and the cleanliness, I like that was silence in the night, I like that was close to the bus station and also to the skiathos town center. I like the breakfast , the people who run the place. The fact that was so close to the beach.

Not a single bad thing HOWEVER if you want to see Skiathos port etc. a taxi is 10€ each way unless you have a car of course. This wasn’t a drama for us because it’s so beautiful here we didn’t want to leave and literally has everything you need here! The beach even has beach beds attached to the apartments to use. Genuinely an unreal place! And for so cheap too 😍

Not one single thing was bad. Rated everything honestly 10/10! Check in was at 3pm they let us check in 5hrs early FOR FREE at 10am! It’s literally right on the beach, like roll 101 is probably about 10 steps away from the beach and the beach is beautiful with a really well priced taverna just to the left as you walk on the beach with really good food! The cocktails at the restaurant attached to the accommodation are AMAZING and are only 9€ each (£7.60)! Normally people just rate 10/10 to be kind but for real this place deserves more! The owner was so kind and understanding (our flight landed at 8am, se we ideally needed an early check in) and his family who run the show are also all so friendly! Would recommend everyone to stay here!

Breakfast was a little bit, however the fresh orange juice was very good.

The Place was really perfect. It is close to Skiathos town (about 10 minutes by foot) and the beach is directly at the house.

The only thing we didn’t like was that the hotel allocated a code for the safe, obviously this isnt ‘safe’ and there was no instructions on how to create your own code. We did eventually manage to change the code with the help of the manager.

Lovely decor, THE COMFIEST beds in the whole of skiathos, the view, the location, the food was all INCREDIBLE. Will definitely return.

The restaurant seemed a bit over priced, but quality was good.

Beautiful property, clean comfortable rooms, great location easily walkable into town. The owner was very helpful. We had one minor problem with our balcony door lock, which was fixed immediately. He also let us keep our rooms until early afternoon on checkout day since they were not booked.

The food at the restaurant was very good. The staff was very accomodating and helpful. This place has its own beach front. Highly recommend this place to stay!

Perfect location right on the beach with a restaurant overlooking the beach, Staff where exceptional and the room 105 was on ground floor with a small terrace with a sea view. I enjoyed my stay there and would recommend it 10/10.

Beach is too narrow, no space to move around for any shade lovers. We went to Koukounaries instead.

Good location, slightly out of town. Beautiful rooms; modern, clean and well equipped. Friendly and helpful staff, manager even let us use room all day with us having a late flight.

- Great location, close to the city centre (10-15 minutes walking), by the beach and close to the bus stop (3 minutes) that takes you to different beaches. - Great food! Amazing breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The bathroom had small flies and the cleaning staff didn't clean the room or make the beds every single day. They skipped 2 days of room cleaning. Plus, there were some issues with the plumbing and we didn't have hot water two days.

It was very close to the beach. It had a very nice restaurant with friendly staff and good food.

Minor things, Lack of signage on arrival - a previous notification to pick up keys at Exantas Restaurant would have been useful. Chairs on balcony could have been more comfortable - don't need to be expensive, but need to be able to relax in.

Location - handy for everything. Room - all we needed for our holiday at a great destination for a relaxing time.
