Size of the bathroom could have been bigger

The extra rooms 200m away (and over 100 steps) from the pool and main block under a noisy bar that dragged chairs around until well past 1am. Thankfully only 2 nights in that until we were moved.

Amazing views. Spotlessly clean. Real Santorini buildings. Positioned so passers by couldn’t see in (other places you walked past the pools and loungers and everyone gawped in). Breakfast by the pool - no buffet.

Beds were a bit firm and general decor seemed a bit basic. Bathroom whilst in keeping with the cave theme was not practical so water was everywhere and walked through the room. Blue wifi light flashed all night which was annoying. Breakfast was very basic. Hot spa had dirt which had blown into it but was also not ideal given the heat.

Location and aspect from outside the room was lovely. Staff were very helpful including carrying suitcases up and down all the stairs from the road.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing. Limit choice, fruit, and a bigger variety would have been nice. Water everyday would really be an added value and nice to have.

Excellent place, with stunning views. Perfect location to get around to all the restaurants and places. Breakfast was a bit disappointing...... maybe a variety and change of selection would be nice. The personnel is friendly and helpful. Thank you for making our Honeymoon a memorable occasion.

Toilet which was so small, up and down from the room. So a bit pricey but it was summer time so it’s normal .

No breakfast with almost 400€ Hmmm liked the view, but it’s. Ext to the small pool. They were nice to extend one more night and my sister could stay as well. Friendly staff.

The studio could have been better maintained/ renovated for its price. There's a lot of room for improvement when it comes to cleaning. Surface areas in the studio were sticky. Daily cleaning was mostly about emptying the bins, making the bed and changing towels but it felt like lacking sanitizing cleaning on a day to day basis, as well as when changing guests. Breakfast was ok. Too many things served in the room; would be better to have the option to choose and have fresh juices and eggs.

Amazing location, very friendly hosts, quiet yet still very close to the center. The pool is small but didn't get crowded so it was fine for us. We were checked in early after been offered coffee while the room was being cleaned. We were also offered late check out as we had a late flight, and help with the suitcases upon check in & checkout. Great service. We stayed at the studios which were 150m away from the main hotel; although we had to walk to the hotel to access the pool, it was very close and not an issue.

The property was rough around the edges. Walls needed painting, grout needed filling, showers weren't great etc. Breakfast was poor, but I couldn't decide if that was because of covid. Glass of orange juice, a coffee, a boiled egg, one small croissant to share etc.

Location is fantastic. Views are incredible. It's in a good location, 10 minute walk to the centre of Fera.

The property needs a bit of updating in the bedroom furniture and the curtains did not work, but nothing that is a deal breaker. We stayed one night and truly it was great.

The place was exactly as advertised I. The pictures. We had a family room with a double bed on the bottom and two twins on the top. The A/C worked well and with the heat it was a definite must. It is well located in a central yet not crazy part of town. Chrissi, the host, was great and super nice and helpful.

Central location between Fira and Imerovigli. Easy walk to Fira (steps aside). Hotel Manager Chrissi went above and beyond expectations to make our stay in Firostefani memorable.

No privacy! Advertised as 'caldera view', our room faced directly onto swimming pool , breakfast area: kitchen staff looked directly into room.- caldera was somewhere beyond ... Managers were unhelpful and dismissive , so we left. Had a wonderful three days 100 metres away.

We LOVED the staff, view, location, pool. It was the best service I have received in a hotel. They truly cared for us. They carried our luggage down the stairs. They were SO kind and friendly. Would stay here again. Recommend to anyone and everyone.

Absolutely fabulous….both location and the stay. Would highly recommend to anyone staying here. If you want to have the true Santorini experience, then come stay here. Every morning we had breakfast overlooking the Caldera. It was absolutely beautiful. A dream come true. This stay exceeded all of our expectations. Even the daily visit from the resident cat Charlie. We were truly blessed. Can’t wait to come back.

The view is breathtaking, the staff are great, helpful and best best of all lug you suitcases up and down the caldera steps for you. Good choice of breakfast served at your own terrace at a time you pick. all of this in white washed traditional buildings.

just be forewarned there are 100 steps from the street to the property. if you have problems with stairs this is not likely to be a good choice for you

The service and lack of communication. One day no breakfast arrived. The last day half of the breakfast arrived and after a twenty minute wait the second half arrived. There is a small pool with only three beds and two people allowed in the pool. I felt it was rather expensive for the service provided or maybe they were just short staffed.

It had an amazing view from the room.

It was a 2 star at best. Clogged shower; cave of a bedroom; the kind of place that serves green bananas and wonders why no one is eating the bananas.
