We had an exceptional stay due to the facilities and services. Room was modern, clean and comfortable. Poolside service was great, particularly offers of free ice cream and sunglasses wiped clean. Shuttle service to town was nice and quick.

We were able to walk quite easily from the street up the hill and into our room through the back of the hotel from the car park on one of the evenings which made us worry a little about the security of the grounds. We followed the guidance provided by the hotel to kept doors closed and valuables locked so thankfully we had no issues but this could be something the hotel could consider working on to make sure guests are not only comfortable but also feel secure.

We stayed three nights in the Thalassa suite with the private pool and we loved the comfort, privacy and beautiful view that the room and hotel offered us. The entire hotel is ver clean, modern and tastefully decorated. The hotel arranged comfortable, professions transfers for us from the airport and to the port, so we felt well taken care of. All the staff at reception, the bar and the restaurant were lovely! The food and drinks at George’s bar and Efisia restaurant were delicious! The hotel is also a very short 5-10 minute walk from nearby beaches and restaurants. We had everything that we needed for our short stay in Mykonos.

Great location, easy access to Sanantana beach club& Scorpio by the coastal path. Access to bus. Hotel access to cheaper taxi rates. Fantastic breakfast & breathtaken views to the sea from the bedroom.

I found it a bit expensive… but dont they say good things are usually expensive?

Our stay was just WOW. The staff were very friendly from the airport transfer to our last day. We shall definitely come again. Kudos to all the staff. They made our stay very enjoyable.

this hotel got everything correct. they upgraded me for 5 nights stay to a top category room. gave me early check in which was actually the reason to select the hotel. arranged good transfers to town. gave us insights. concierge was very good. spa was amazing. pool was nice. view was fabulous. all around the staff was gentle and kind and IVAN at reception was amazing.

Our room’s bath and shower drain was smelling very bad. Walls very thin /not noise insulated, we could hear other rooms putting loud music and talking

Pool area is great and location is very convenient, walking distance to the beach and close to Mykonos town by car. Staff if very friendly and helpful also with local recommendations

Would like more variation at the breakfast buffet. It’s the same food every day which makes it a little boring after a week.

Keep coming back to this hotel. The location is my favorite on the island, the staff is superb and everything is so perfectly clean. We will definitely see you again.

The ladies on front desk were not willing to work and kept delegating to all the men - they very much reminded us of pouting fish just standing there. There attitude almost came off rude. The male staff really pull their weight and were great. The open bath in the middle of the room is quirky. Delayed departure transfer (only 20 minutes late but still we arrived as requested 10 minutes before). Some of the bedroom light switches are a little confusing.

This hotel is very upscale without being snobbish. Here it’s the little things that make it greater. You spent a large amount of time at the pool- the staff are fantastic. The offer free services around the pool (glasses cleaning, mini spa facials, free ice creams, cold flannels, free water bottles). The actual pool furniture is very very comfortable. Lots of shade. The building is very aesthetically pleasing to see. All white and blue with splashes of colourful art. The front staff are great as is the drivers. The room is lovely with a beautiful sea view. It’s big. Quite a lot of walking but completely wheelchair accessible. Super kind to adults and children alike.
