Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

CanadaAlthough close enough to the city centre to walk, it felt a little precarious with the narrow shoulder of the road. Perfect location if you had a car. Lots of parking.
Clean and spacious with a nice size patio and pool area.

AustraliaThe location of the aircon in the room. Because the room is incredibly large, the air flow wasn't reaching near the bed, making us feel really hot, especially as we were there in peak summer period.
The location was great! My partner and I enjoyed the 10-15 min walk into Naoussa each day. Allowed us to get some incidental exercise in. If you don't want to walk, there is a bus stop right out the front of the hotel, making it easier to go into Naoussa, or into the port. The staff were incredibly helpful. The pool was great.

New ZealandThe location is on the main road and subject to the traffic noise when by the pool. However no road noise from within the room.
Had a great stay at Hotel Naoussa. The location was great, only a short walk in to town. Pool was superb and overall a nice relaxed environment. Would recommend.

IrelandFor an adult hotel there are lots of rules to follow. No food or drink at the pool and it closes quite early.
This hotel is nicer than the pictures, the separate outdoor area for each room is a nice touch. The pool is very clean and the area that the pool is in is beautiful.

United KingdomNot a dislike but there is no real path to walk into town, fine for a couple but not children. However bus is right outside, frequent and cheap! Town is only a 10 minute stroll
The staff were so helpful and friendly, sorted any issue without any questions or faff.

United KingdomThere wasn't anything that we didn't like, but there are items to note especially regarding the locality. The hotel is close to Naoussa town, but it would take most people about 15-20 minutes to get there. If you are walking at night, then you need to take your phone or a torch as parts of the road are dimly lit. If mobility is an issue, then I would look for accommodation closer by, for us however it was fine.
The pool area was a key part of why we chose to stay at Hotel Naoussa. We visited in September, so it was quiet, and we often had the pool to ourselves. Each room had a patio/balcony area which we made the most of. The maid was very friendly and so were the reception, it's a family run hotel so staffing was limited during our visit, perhaps because we came out of season. Also, with the situation of the hotel on the Island, you often get a glimpse of the sunset depending on where you are sat towards the end of the day. The Hotel has bus stops right outside that go to Parikia, which is very useful, and they usually run every 30 mins or so. When we arrived, we were offered a map and bus timetable, which is quite easy to understand. You can also download a PDF timetable. If you hire a vehicle free parking is available too. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Naoussa, we wanted a relaxing break and that’s what we got! For a 3* hotel; it's clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, the location was good and situated away from the hustle and bustle of town which meant for us it was quiet (visited out of peak). We would go back if we ever visited Paros again.

United KingdomIt was a 20 minute walk to the main town though it was a pleasant walk and to be fair having a pool at the price made it good value for money.
Lovely traditional accommodation. Very clean. Bed comfy. Pool was great with enough beds and umbrellas. Very quiet. There were some windy days when it was not possible to go to the beach. The pool was sheltered from the wind so we were very glad to be able to go there instead.

United KingdomBreakfast offering
Great hotel, peaceful (although there is traffic from the road) and very serene. Clean rooms, staff were helpful and swimming pool was super clean and fresh. Breakfast was not included which I felt at the price it should have been, but there are fridges in the rooms so you can easily do your own anyway... I would still highly recommend and would definitely visit again!

IrelandThe location is not ideal. It is about a 25 minute walk into the town along a main road with no real footpath. And there are some big hills along the way. The shower and the shower head in the room was not great and it used to soak the whole room, which when you are friends sharing a room is not ideal. The pool is at the front of the property but very close to a main road. Not exactly a relaxing set up.
We didn't realise it at the time. But there is a bus stop literally right outside the door that the bus from Parikia stops at. So it made it easy for getting around the island. It also runs into Naousa which could be helpful too. Air conditioning in the room is perfect. The room was really quiet which was great. Can literally cross the road to a little sea inlet so could have an early morning swim in the sea if you wanted. The staff were so helpful. Anything we asked them for was met with a really lovely demeanour and help.

IrelandThe pool area was a disappointment as there were only 6 sun loungers with cushions - the others didn't have any cushions. You needed a car as Naoussa was too far to walk to. Hotel was also situated on a bend which made it quite dangerous to try and get out with your car. There was a television in the room but only Greek channels.
The room layout was very nice and was nice and big with patio and outside area at back to hang towels etc.
