Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Location is not the best to get to town. You either need to rent a car or scooter. Not even taxis are easy to get in Naxos. Prokopios beach is a 25 minutes walk so not that bad.
It’s very close to a super quiet no busy beach which it’s amazing!

This hotel faced all our expectations! We loved how clean the hotel was, the amazing view, very nice pool with comfortable sun beds and lovely staff. The breakfast far very tasty. I highly recommend this place to anyone planning their trip to Naxos!

Bed was overly firm. Hotel itself was in a bit of a remote location, but that can be found on a map.
Staff was fantastic — positive moods and helpful the entire time, whether serving dinner or answering questions at the front desk. They made our stay feel more like a resort than a hotel.

A little bit out of town so maybe hire a vehicle
What a great place! We received a glass of wine on arrival and a complementary room upgrade. The views were stunning, the room was spacious and the pool was perfect. Of of the staff members were so friendly but, Delis deserves a special mention. By far the best place and service we have had on our European journey. We will definitely book again if we come back.

The food was just okay, based on greek standards, we've had better. Yet, other than pasta, the food was great and the breakfasts were absolutely stunning!
The whole staff was super friendly, the location is beautiful with a lovely sight of the city and the port. Very calm and remote location, which has to be accessed by car, but that met our expectations.

Mostly the bathroom: the door could not be properly closed, if you open the window people could look inside, and there’s a light smell from the bathroom floor drainage.
Superb customer service and view! Whole staff will give 110% to make your full stay a good experience, from booking to departure. You will also have an exceptional view on the sea and white port town, as well as have close a wonderful beach (actually 2).

You need a caar to stay here as its not very close to the centre Chora and it's a 20 minute walk to the lovely beach.
Breakfast, view and facilities were fabulous and price very reasonable.

Nothing the property was perfect just outside of town but right next to the water
Everything, this property was one of our favorites on the trip. The staff is absolutely incredible and deserves at five star rating for them always trying to help and be available. Their breakfast was good and the location was right next to the beach. Most importantly, the rooms were absolutely incredible and we would definitely stay here again.

The property was clean and well-maintained. The rooms are cleaned every day, with sheets and towels changed daily, too. The service exceeded our expectations, the staff was friendly and available at all times. The location is great if you’re travelling by car (or renting one), as it is close enough to Chora (7-8 minutes by car), yet in a super calm area if you’re not into crowds. Overall, great value for the money we’ve paid. Highly recommend!
