We stayed for 5 days in the honeymoon suite. Spacious rooms, indoor pool, cleaned every morning, daily fresh towels, amazing breakfast, and very hospitable staff. Elina, Stalious, Victor, and the two ladies who took care of breakfast and cleaning were simply awesome. Superb attention to detail and made sure all your needs are met. Perfect location for a rooftop caldera sunset view. We highly recommend and if we are back in santorini, we will choose Nefeli homes again 🇮🇪

This is the best hotel in terms of location. It’s in the middle of Firá and Oia which makes accessible to central, just 20 mins walk . Plus , the view is stunning , it offers the best view in the island where we can see all parts of island .Best service and rooms are comfortable. The location is not also in the bottom of the island which easy to access especially if you have luggage. They also clean the room everyday! PERFECT !!! Will coming back here again in the future..

We stayed for 2 nights and it was fantastic. Really good value for money, breathtaking views and really good breakfast. The staff was one of the most kind and helpful we’ve had in a long time, specially Helena at the reception, they had our room ready even when we arrived earlier than check in time and also prepared breakfast for us earlier because of our flight schedule. Fira city is within 25m walking distance that you won’t even feel because of the beautiful scenery. Absolutely recommend this place for someone looking for decent prices in a stunning setting.

No air conditioning in the bathroom, was very humid even with the dehumidifier but if you keep the door between the bathroom and room open it will let some cool air in.

My husband and I picked this hotel as part of our honeymoon therefore we stayed in the Honeymoon Suite and it exceeded our expectations. The photos were on point and the suite was amazing. Any chance we got, we jumped in our indoor jacuzzi that was nice and cool. We spent most of our time in the suite to relax and it was exactly that. The view from our private balcony was spectacular. The staff were amazing, very helpful and so friendly. Some nice restaurants walking distance nearby. Bit of a walk to Fira town but worth it to spend the day there and browse the shops and grab a bite to eat.

Maybe little hard for disabled travelers to navigate some narrow stairs. Gotta expect that if it’s built on cliffs!

Stunning!! Incredible views from both the pool and the balcony. Cave suite was also lovely as well. We were also able to watch the sunset from the upper terrace as well.

We booked the cave apartment with terrace. It was simply breathtaking. The apartment can easily accommodate 4 people. I personally liked the lighting for the entire setup. Amazing breakfast, very fulfilling. Thank you Elena and Victor !!

Would be nice to have a porter for bags

Absolutely stunning views from the property with tons of common area for enjoying photos or drinks. You’ll need to lug your suitcase(s) up and down a few flights of stairs but anywhere along here is the same. There is a market super close so you can BYOB. We walked to the entry to the Fira to Oia hike and spent the afternoon in Oia after we checked out and they allowed us to keep our bags in an alcove (there is no luggage storage) and we felt that it was safe. Our rooms were cozy and perfectly suited to our trip (you won’t spent much time in it with the views on the property). Also, despite the hotel being sold out we saw maybe one other pair of guests the whole time, so pool and patio felt private.
