Bungalows in wonderful garden. Spacious rooms and really big terrace with comfortable sunbeds. Daily cleaning. Excellent bed. 10-15 minutes walking distance to the very center of Sitia. Beach with service 🏖️😁 across the street. Lovely outside terrace - bar. Katherina - the host - gave us good tips. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Nothing I can mention. We enjoyed every day of our vacation there.

The person at the reception and the cleaning stuff were very friendly and always happy to help. The lady at the reception was very positive and a calm person, and she made a lot of recommendations for food, sightseeing, where to go, what to see, etc. The best part is that you also have the beach very close to the accommodation. Just pass the road, and you are on the beach. They also have a bar nearby where you can have a drink and a small snack/sandwich, etc. They also serve drinks on the beach.

This is an incredible value in Sitia, right across the road from the beach, walking distance from town, with ample parking for our rental car in the back. The proprietor has a true passion for the area and made fantastic recommendations for beaches and restaurants to visit. We even saw her and her husband eating at same restaurant one night. We easily explored eastern Crete from here. Our bungalow had a kitchenette and private balcony, with way more total space than a more expensive hotel. The restaurant attached to the hotel has large wooden terrace, which is a great place to start the day with a coffee looking out over Sitia's harbor. They'll also bring you drinks on the beach. Nice landscaping too. Fantastic.

There was little to fault here. There were friendly helpful staff, the apartment was in a good location and there was a large screen TV. Perhaps having satellite channels (Amazon / Netflix etc., would have made the most of the TV).

This was a large modern apartment with all the facilities and a garden setting. There were views across to the sea. The beach was just across the road.

The garden surrounding the apartments was very beautiful and the outside patio area was very large and equipped with table and chairs as well as sun loungers. The location was great a 2 minute walk to the beach and about a 10 minute walk into the town with plenty of bars and restaurants.

It's 100m from the beach which feels like the apartments private beach. The staff were super friendly and the apartment was cleaned every day.

The room was immaculate and fully equipped. The gardens were beautiful (full of roses) and white butterflies were following us everywhere while walking around. The staff was courteous and helpful giving us directions for sight seeing. The location is perfect. Really loved it!!

the bed was a little hard for my liking but that's just my own personal preference.

The property is absolutely beautiful. The landscaping is gorgeous and the view from the apartment patio was great for watching the morning sun rise over the sea. The service was exceptional. Haris was very responsive and they were all very warm and welcoming. It definitely felt like a second home. The food at the restaurant was also very healthy and delicious!

it was an assault on the senses! The scent of flowers, the garden and sea views plus birdsong and moody jazz at times made this truly memorable.

The shower in my apartment was very good, only thing is that water was everywhere on the floor after taking a shower. This resulted in wet feet everytime I went to the bathroom and shower, as this was in the same room.

The accomodation was very big, about 40 m2 and very spacious. I liked that it was directly connected to the beach, only thing you had to do was cross the street. The accomodation was very clean and every day a cleaning person had cleaned up my dishes and messes I made in the apartment. The cooking facilities were great, I had all I needed. I also really liked the terrace, in which I could sit in the sun and enjoy some time to myself. The beach was a bit noisy as it was directly to the street with trespassing cars and vehicles.

Beautiful Grounds. Lovely Gardens. Proximity to beach. Quiet location. Easy walk to town. Great restaurant at location. Eating in restaurant, room or on patio. Very clean. Very comfortable. Not too chemical-smelling (sheets and towels). Great private patio and private lounge chairs outside room.

We liked everything we had no complaints about anything.

Excellent location, lovely friendly staff very helpful. Room and veranda were really nice, Had 2 sunbeds and a table on. Was really peaceful all that could be heard was the sea which is across the road.We sat in the little bar/cafe with a glass of wine watching the sea it really is lovely.
