The hostess was so wonderful, she changed our room to something she felt would be much better for us which meant we got a refund. They also made us some homemade treats while we were there and were extremely friendly and imforative.

- very nice location, close to the Falassarna beach, maybe 5 minutes walk - there was a supermarket and restaurants very close - nice, quiet and safe area - the room was clean, towels were changed every 3 days and the room was cleaned daily - beautiful sea view from the terrace - comfortable bed - the owner, Efi, was very nice and helpful, she brought us some traditional pastries one day, with spinach and feta, very delicious :D - would love to come again some day

Close to the beach. Fantastic, friendly host. Amazing, huge patio/balcony - plenty of space for morning yoga and could see the sunset in evening from there. Supermarket just across the road. Very good air con. Amazing value for money.

The shower curtain was a nuisance. The beds, including the sofa bed, were a little small for us but we’re tall. A tv would have been nice and perhaps stronger Wi-Fi, but when you are on holiday, time should be spent outdoors anyway. Everything else was fine.

Equipped with all the necessary things an apartment should have, including adequate furniture which often is lacking, and anything missing was promptly provided by Efi, the wonderful host. It was cleaned daily and the linen changed every 3 days. Loved the location and the view from the terrace.

It has become a ritual for me to stay here. Fantastic location - right by the bus stop and only 5min walk to the wonderful beach - just perfect. Large room including huge balcony with seating. (Shade) There is even enough space to roll out your yoga mat. The reception is always very warm - Evi is a hearty hostess and takes care of additional questions and is there to help you with advice and action. Heartfelt thank you!

The accommodation is close to a relatively noisy road. There was no wifi signal in the bedroom, just in the kitchen.

Everything is fantastic! Great experience in Nikos Apartments. Location is great with just a short walk to the amazing beach of Falassarna (white sand, crystal clear water). Market available across the road. Everything is clean and comfy in the apartment. Management is truly nice and she surprised us some traditional Cretean food that was delicious! We will definitely repeat here.

5 + mins walk to Falasarna beach, which is one of the best sandy beaches in Crete. Cleaning was done each day and pretty well. Also, there was a bottle of olive oil for free to use.

The apartments are spacious, well equipped, with lovely views and cleaned regularly. They are perfectly located: just a short walk from the gorgeous beach, across the street from the supermarket and the bus station and with a few good tavernas within walking distance. Efie and her team are very welcoming and will go out of their way to answer any question and to help with anything they can. They are absolutely brilliant! We will definitely be going back.

Great location, close to the beautiful beach of Falassarna. The supermarket just in front of it where you can get all the essentials. The host is very friendly, helpful. The room had everything needed for a comfortable stay. We had an apartment no. 3 which is on the ground floor with huge terrace, you could see the sea anyways :) The bed and shower could have been better but it's not a deal breaker.

If you are after town/city atmosphere or shopping, there is nothing like that here - come here for the beaches and tavernas!

Walking distance to all the main beaches in Falassarna. Well-equipped apartment, spacious with large patio facing the sea. Supermarket opposite the hotel, lots of restaurants nearby, friendly host - great value for money. Beaches possibly the best on Crete - worth the short trip over the mountains from Chania/Kissamos.

Super friendly Great location for Falasarna beach. View a little obscured by supermarket opposite but besides that view was stunning Rooms had everything required and the balcony was enormous Friendly staff and a little gift on arrival and departure. We’ll certainly be returning
