A bottle of water was supplied only on the 1st day. After that we had to carry our water from the supermarket. Since the tap water is not potable, it would be so convenient if a bottle could be supplied daily. The shower area needs a partition to prevent water flowing and wetting the bathroom.

We were upgraded to a room with a fantastic view of the caldera, blue domed churches and sunsets, as we were celebrating a special birthday. Thank you Nikos Villas. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped us book a lovely wine tour and offered useful advice on how to get around. The location is convenient to restaurants and shops. The breakfast served on our terrace was punctual and delicious. We loved our 5 days here

Bedroom furniture was a bit old fashioned and the shower was small but that didn’t spoil our stay at all.

Lovely views from the terrace and pool area, with a decent size swimming pool. Clean and comfortable room with very friendly and efficient service. We enjoyed having breakfast on our terrace and having self catering facilities. Good location on the edge of town with a bus stop very close by.

Loved everything.

Location is perfect, amazing sun-set view from room balcony or pool area. I book the room with balcony. Staff is extremely helpful. Set menu for breakfast which has enough options to choose from and gets delivered in you where ever you want in hotel. I tried the lunch meals from hotel restaurant and was great. I took some photos below from my room. Will definitely stay there again whenever I am back.

What an amazing stay! The villa is beautifully located in Oia - a short walking distance from the centre, and we felt like we didn’t need to leave the hotel to view the sunset, because you have a gorgeous sunset view just from the pool area! The staff were lovely and we woke up every morning looking forward to the fabulous breakfast.

We loved everything - Thank you Nikos Villas!

The view of the Caldera both from our terrace and from the pool at Nikos Villas was absolutely stunning. I don't think they make enough of it on the website. The location was perfect for us; near enough to walk to Oia centre, and a range of bars and restaurants, but nice and quiet. Breakfast was from a choice of 7 savoury hot dishes and 7 sweet dishes, and was delivered at a time of our choice to our patio table - absolutely excellent. Could not fault anything. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

Bathroom didn't have a shower just a bath with a hand held shower. This was the only minor nuisance. Everything else was spot on.

The reception and staff were really nice and receptive, the checkin was quite a pleasant experience. The location is just great, not right in the middle of the villa but not far so we never felt in the crowd even though we were really close to everything.

The furniture is mostly antique with dark dated fabrics. Updating the furniture to lighter brighter fabrics would go a long way to bringing things up just a notch and make the interior look fresh.

The location is exceptional and, in some ways, better than some of the five-star options nearby. The views are unmatched and the hospitality shown by the entire staff is five-star level. The air conditioning and the wifi were excellent as well.

The breakfast in the hotel is very good and can be delivered to your room, you can enjoy breakfast with the sun and the sea view 3, the hotel's pool area design is very good, the depth of the pool is 15 to 3 meters, 1 pm to 2 pm is the most suitable time for swimming. There is a sea view area with a full row of chairs by the pool, which is directly preceded by the main cliff walkway, which visitors must pass. You can see different groups of people around the world and the experience is very special 4. The location of the hotel is very convenient to go in fira On the main road of Oia, one stop before Oia: get off at Vazeos and walk 20 meters to the hotel. It is only 600 meters to walk to the downtown area of Oia and 800 meters to watch the sunset

Nothing - Everything was perfect!!

Wow wow wow!! What an amazing place!! My wife and I spent 3 nights at Nikos Villas and we did not want to leave. Everything from our arrival to the airport (they had someone ready to pick us up) up to the arrival at the Villas were great. Our room was magical (sea view room apartment) which I would highly recommend. Every morning we had our breakfast brought over to us which was so good. Eating breakfast while overlooking the sea was peaceful and perfect. Location is perfect!! Right in the heart of Oia, which is close to everything you may need. Pool was awesome, which we spent our afternoon there relaxing and having drinks! Most importantly the staff was so great!! I miss this place already so much and can’t wait to return :) Thank you for an amazing and unforgettable stay! Jeff & Bella

It is Paradise! It is in the perfect location! Beautiful Sunset views from our own balcony! Awesome pool! Demetrie, Matina, were fantastic host and hostess. They go out of their way to make everything so special! We were served a wonderful breakfast every morning!Gregory is an awesome bartender.

Excellent rooms with a superb view, amazing front desk staff who very very hospitable, knowledgeable and gave the best tips. Breakfast delivered to the room to enjoy with a sea view was an amazing plus. Special shout out to Dimitris and all the front desk staff for making our stay so great! Overall one of the best places to stay! All in all, perfect 10!

The little noise the flowing water of the pool makes goes on all day. .

The view on the caldera is magnificent and the location is excellent Oía (shops and sunset) and the beautiful traditional village Finnika are on walking distance several good restaurants on walking distance. The hotel is next to a wine field which adds a touch of rural landscape. The room of # 18 is big and soundproof. The mattress is firm. Very friendly staff.
