The only 2 areas that couold use improvement is the cleanliness of the pool and the size of the bathroom.

the cleanliness and the room space were a pleasant surprise. the staff is also cooperative. the location is great as you get acess to a lot of eating places within 5 mins walking distance and easy bus connectivity as well.

The walk into Thira wasn't too far - perhaps 15 minutes but was challenging due to the volume of traffic and the lack of pavement in places. Not insurmountable just need to be a little cautious.

Pool area was serene and picturesque. There are a few bars and restaurants plus a bakery and supermarket close by.

Good location close to restaurants and super market in walking distance away from crowd. Specially when you rent a car and stay here it is very good and easy to navigate your trips, in about 10-20 minutes you’ll be either on the hill with nice panoramic views or on the beaches or in Fira or in Oia.

While it is very quick to walk to Thera village, there is no proper pavements to walk and at times can be tricky. This has nothing to do with the hotel itself but worth mentioning it for those who are not familiar with the island.

The walk was farther to Fira than expected but that’s my fault for not researching properly. We ended up renting ATVs, which helped cut down on the hot walk!

The property was great! Rooms are nice, staff is excellent, it’s not and quiet, the pool is relaxing. We also had the breakfast on site, which was great and definitely worth the 10 euro price point.

Clean and well placed, 15 mins from Fira but a small town nearby with shops and restaurants. There’s also an area nearby the wonderful winding roads and some beautiful churches.
