We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Asked for an iron and they wanted to charge me and advised that I could only have it for half an hour. Have never been charged for using an iron at any hotel in my experience

Some refurbisments are needed (I understood from staff that there will be done in the next year).
All needed facilities on site (private beach, restaurant, location). We got a nice upgrade for the room. Excelent breakfast and dinner. Nice option for the lunch near the beach.

Cleaning on the beach area must be better. We saw one and the same garbages some days in a row. It'll be good if there are some activities for kids, animation or just room with toys.
The complex is on a really beautiful place, just in front of the beach. The staff were really friendly. The food was good and tasty.

There are very few things that we didnt like and that is why we give it 9/10: - The cleaning staff was very friendly but on multiple occassions didn't respect the "do not disturb" sign and entered while me and my wife were naked or the baby was sleeping. - The coffee in the morning is indeed quite bland - instant coffee - Even though it is 5* hotel and if you are out of luck and it rains, there is nothing you could really do at the resort. only sit in the room. The fitness room was really just a tick in a box - 5x5 metres max with very basic equipment
The hotel was brilliant in many aspects: - The room on the ground floor was brilliant for people with small kids. It was big and modern. - The water and resort was spotless clean - The staff at the bar and restaurant were more than helpful and helped us with all our requests - The breakfast and dinner was typical greek and WONDERFUL :) and the view makes it worth every cent - The pool was big and clean

Staff was very nice and helpful, good small talks and willingness to help/provide you all the necessary things. As it was the end of the season we were provided a room with higher cost/comfort for free. The food was tasty, can't say that through 2 weeks it was pretty different, but every day you can find something new. The variety of food for breakfast/dinner was nice. Also super staff in restaurant. The sunbeds were very comfortable and there was a plenty of them to choose. But I believe it's because of the end of the season. The weather was very comfortable, both air temperature and water temperature. A nice beachbar in hotel, with prices higher than in nearest taverna, but the food was better as well. There were no public transport in city. So you should rent a car/call a taxi to travel around. But the city center not so far you can reach it by walking on quiet streets. I would say that it's the perfect place to travel with you parents if you're seeking for a calm place with all that you need at one place.

Hotel is great. Minor point would be that bar and food menu outside of included food was a little pricey. Location is remote with a restaurant and local store but be aware taxis are quite expensive if you want to go elsewhere in the evening.

The beach is not very good but is Ok. The sea water is good, very clear.
