Because of this facility, I feel guilty that there is no rating higher than 10 on booking. Because the rating of 10 that I gave to some of the facilities where I stayed before is small for Panorama Suites & Spa. Let's start with the pictures: when you arrive at the facility, you have the feeling that the pictures on the Booking are fake because live Panorama Suites & Spa looks much, much more beautiful. Everything is beautiful, extremely tidy, clean, spacious, functional. Literally everything. The food is phenomenal. The pool is exceptional. Beach very close. Logging in is fun. By far the strongest impression on me was the staff. Captain George, Eleni and all the staff have being very nice, helpful and they did everything to make us happy and satisfied. You have the feeling that you have come to a friend's house for a party. I would especially like to praise the room service team, Gulja and Tasos. Warm, smiling, funny, helpful and very professional. They greatly improved our stay in this facility

George, his family and all the staff have being very nice, helpful and they did everything to make us happy. The facilities (jacuzzi), the position have being great. A nice, clean and relaxing place to be.

Only the constructions on the road below, but it wasn't related to the hotel, few hours and finished..

We had woderful time! We were upgraded for our honeymoon and got an amazing suite with outdoor hot tub and sauna. Breakfast was great.

There is nothing that we can complain about this property. Our 7days holiday was great. The services exceeded our expectations.

The location was great and the staff was the best. The owner of the property knows how to make business and the services that this property is offering are A++. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to relax and recharge their batteries.

We had an amazing time at Panorama Suites and Spa, everything was perfect and George couldn’t have been more helpful. The suite was very comfortable and very clean. Beautiful outdoor area with private sun loungers and jacuzzi pool. We had a perfect vacation.

The concept of Panorama Suites is simply brilliant !! Small family business in an unexpected great location offering excellent 5 star service in a professional , very friendly with an excellent service. Highly recommended if one needs to relax in a quite and beautifull location. Solo or couple , it is an excellent choice for peace and escape from daily routines, obligations and noisy cities. The nearby beach is sandy , well organized and cheap. The price of Panorama may be high but it is definately worth it. George and Eleni are fantastic hosts and made our stay memorable.

Breakfast was forgotten twice and came late daily. Their response was that "it is made so fresh they can't guarantee it coming on time". The room was not as described or as seen in the pictures. Paint chipping off the wooden door frames, ceiling lamps hanging off crooked, the TV was mounted crooked on the wall as well, sheets and curtains had stains. Our room description said we would have a sauna, mosquito net which is very much needed here!, a plunge pool, and a table that is able to light fire in it. We did not receive these things and upon complaining to the hotel manager, he got mad and called us ungrateful because we had supposedly received an upgrade for free and the room should have cost "3 times of what we payed". That would have been about 600€ a night for a halfway run down room. On the last day we found a dead frog on our room. Upon telling the manager about the frog, he suggested it was our fault the frog got in the room. I will never stay here again and most certainly will not recommend this Hotel. F.y.i. THERE IS NO SPA as said in the hotel name. Disappointing.

Breakfast was great although it came late daily and was even forgotten 2 days out of 7. The cleaning personnel was very kind and did a good job. Unfortunately they didn't come in for room service daily. The view from our balcony was also enjoyable.

The bathroom arrangement (toilet and shower only) and sink in the sleeping room with no proper door between them, poor bathroom accessories, no door between the sleeping room and the living space, hangers in the cheap wardrobe too big to close the door, the jacuzzi problems (over chlorinated, working for several minutes and stopping -happened three times). Not putting table cloth when serving dinner on the terrace. Late check in (4:00pm) because the suite was not ready.

The top floor location and the view to the mountain Olympus and the sea. The staff was polite and responsive.
