The rooms were fine but we had to hold the shower head ourself, thats the only thing that should have been fixed in my opinion

You need to be a little nitpicking to find minuses for the price. The rooms furnishing is a bit older but nothing was damaged or dirty so for the price of stay it was a bargain. The coffee was not to my taste on the breakfast but that was recoccuring all over the island until we found good coffee places. The stay was generally quite, with a little exception of a guest nearby who took pleasure in slamming the door, but that it is not the hotels fault of course.

For a very low price you have a simple breakfast with some ham, cheese, eggs, selection of vegies and some sweet pastry to combine with honey, jam or chocolate. Well worth the money to start you on your day. The room was clean, everything worked, WiFi, AC, shower. The cleaning ladies did their job more often then you would even expect of them. The ladies at the reception were very pleasant and helpfull. You can also buy some basics for your room at the hotel to avoid carrying heavy stuff, like water bottles for example. For anyone not too lazy the beaches are a healthy walking distance of around 20 minutes and the main bus station is even closer.

Poor soundproofing. The outside is not the problem, but you can hear every single guest on your floor coming and leaving, laughing or listening to music.

Great location, you have everything you need around you. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was ok, maybe a few more options or changes during the week would be better.

Located at the city centre makes it perfect starting point for wandering around and it's steps away from central bus station. Interior is dated but well maintained and clean. Breakfast is repetitive but it is an offer. Staff is friendly. Great value for money.

The shower was so small you couldnt barely move inside the cabin.

Location is great although some noise from the street and cikadas in the tree. Nice staff. Reasonable price for the room.

The shower cubicle was extremely small. The towels were very like sand paper.

Location was ok. About ten minutes walk from old town. Very clean. Staff helpful. The breakfast was adequate.

The shower cabin was so tiny I found it difficult to move - something that can be fixed by changing the plumbing to the side wall

Very good budget hotel in a perfect location. All the basics are thought for. I like the low rise building old mosaic flooring, super quiet room despite downtown location Walking distance to everything The bus ferry schedules available on reception, 24 hour receptionist Ironing room , luggage storage even a shower in the communal area was available for guests after check out. I was only transiting Kos for 1 night but had a very comfortable stay

Great location and lovely staff. The hotel is a little dated but that didn't matter at all. We stayed one night and it was perfect . The shower is probably the smallest in the world though!

The owners are super friendly, was a good vibe. Location is about 5 mins to marina, short nice walk. Comfy beds and good aircon nice balcony

The walls and the doors were so thin that you could hear every single person passing by the corridor or in the morning every single move of the cleaning ladies. Even every door slam is making you wake up.

Although being so old, the property is looked after really well. It was so clean and everything worked properly.

Great location (a view minutes by foot to the sea), nice view of the greenery, super clean, proper air conditioning, Wi-Fi in the room, friendly staff. We had a very good night's sleep after a long and hard day.
