Had a lovely room after a room change my first room wasn't cleaned. The second room was fantastic, I got a free upgrade due to my room not clean. The staff really nice & helpful, especially Tim, the night receptionist. A shuttle to & from corfu town & Airport is great. I used this twice both drivers really nice, an Italian & south African very safe drivers too. I would recommend pink palace.

The list could be huge. Starting with the cleaning service - should be every day but happened two times per week and one of the times didn't happened at all. The breakfast is pretty nice but in some details the staff don't have care - you should be careful about diet restrictions of the guests - and this doesn't happen all the time. I can give you the example of the eggs - I asked to have eggs without bacon and what they did was took a bacon from ones that were cooked and delivered to me instead cooking a new ones. What happened? Few hours later I started vomiting because I vegetarian and they served to me eggs that contacted with bacon, when I asked for ones with no bacon. Also in one of the rainy days some water passed by the roof on the bathroom, we reported and nothing was done.

It's not easy access to the rooms, most of them has stairs, no lift. Keep in mind to do not travel with big luggagge, because the access to the rooms. Also the pool was not clean. And the access to the beach and the bar at night is dark.

The hotel has a lot of facilities, it's around 10 min to arrive to the beach and they have parties and buggy to rent there. There is small village around with restaurants, market, shop, and bakery.

handheld shower steep hill to get to the beach or the town (not their fault) all staff members were nice apart from one lady at the beach who was extremely rude to us and other people that were hiring kayaks or paddle boards, she was shouting at us in greek very rudely and we witnessed her do this multiple times to other people, she forced us to get out of the kayak we hired for the whole day after an hour. she is also meant to be the lifeguard i assume and we saw her sleeping multiple times. we have never met someone so rude towards customers in our lives. expensive laundry service

it was a really great location with lots of restaurants only 5 mins away, the beach was separate from everyone else’s so it wasn’t too busy. the property was pretty and organised many events. buffet was good value for money and had good vegetarian options.

The room in a steep walk to the town and beach but it only takes around 5 to 10 minutes. Room was nice but small and what you'd expect from the price.

Very inclusive, group chat is available to guests to let you know what activities are on everyday. Room cleaning came frequently and the beach bar was good and food there was also a good price, bar lady in there was extraordinary.

I didn't like that there was no cleaning service that cleans every day. Our room got dirty pretty fast at day 3 of our stay. We asked for a cleaning service at the reception which never came. We had to ask for toilet paper and clean towels. While the view was great, the caveat was that we had to climb a very steep incline which made me reluctant to visit the beach more as I would have to climb back to our rooms too many times.

It is very worn and looks like it had its heyday about 30 years ago. The rooms definitely aren’t very clean and the shower is kind of scary, but there is hot water!

The AC in the room wasn't much powerful but was OK. The main door of the room didn't have good tightness so hot air came in through the gaps.

We loved the place. We enjoyed the walk to the beach. Loved the cultural vibes all around. The restaurants around were very lively. Food was good. The Sea View was the best.

The fact that I paid for a tripple room and got a double room and I specifically asked if I will get the front sea view and they replied yes and when I told them this they said there is not a chance that we would know which rooms will be free, like WHAT? How it is even possible that you wouldn’t, since you are the one controlling the reservations (just to mention this talk full of rudeness was with the lady with black hair working on the reception). And they should take better care of their volunteering staff.

The view was great even though we reserved a front seaview, we got a room with a side seaview. The rooms were simple but great and the location is centrally on the island which was quite great. The staff was great and very friendly except for the lady with black hair and glasses working on the reception.

Way too many stars to go back from the beach. Also , the hostel didn’t offer options of transportation to the other spots/ parts of the island, except the shuttle from the airport, so if you go there and don’t have a drivers license, just hope other people are willing to share a spot on their car with you. Also, the lady with black hair at the reception could be a little more friendly (all the other members of the staff are great)

Close to the beach, really nice staff (specially during the parties) and also super helpful, breakfast was fair, the toilet and the room we stayed was clean and with a nice beach view. The private room hat a frigobar and air conditioner which was amazing.

Wifi didn't work, and the staff at the reception was unpleasant to talk with, also the guy at the bar (the one that is located in the building uphill) said inappropriate things to my friend when she asked for coffee.
