It needs renovation. The bathrooms are extremely small, especially the showers, that was the smallest shower I have ever seen. The view is spectacular however some of the balconies are above the roof of the restaurant and the first thing you see is that green roof and only then the spectacular sea.

The breakfast was bad. Same thing everyday and not enough options. They didn’t put names of which food they are serving so you have to open every single tray to see whats inside.

Its perfect for families as the beach is couple of steps away from the hotel. Its quiet and cozy.

The beach and view are absolutely stunning! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. While the breakfast offered a variety of options, we found the quality to be lacking. However, despite the hotel showing signs of age, it is well-maintained and kept clean. Our room was impeccably clean and the linens were changed daily. Additionally, the rooms are equipped with insect nets and anti-insect devices, which proved to be a significant advantage.

The only minor aspect I can point out is the equipment in the fitness room could be freshened up and eventually some possibility to open a window.

The hotel is very well situated, really calm and beatiful place. The staff was very friendly, and helpful, the receptionists, the guys at breakfast buffet and keeping the place tidy were doing great work.

The walls aren't soundproof so you can hear noises, music, cars, laughs etc..

The beach was great we had a lot of fun with our kid. The breakfast was decent.

The drains smelt of sewage in the bathroom, which was the only bad point. But it was tolerable and we will return for sure. We were in suite on second floor…

Thé view and location of the hotel (being steps from the sea) we’re amazing. We loved the walk into Porto Koufo village every night.

The road is next to the hotel and no soundproofing, in fact we could hear the cars on the road all night... then the baby in the other room started crying at 04:00 a.m., so we couldn't sleep…

Mosquitos in the evening outside, but this seems to be a problem in most of sithonia.

The standard rooms are small with a very small bathroom. Only a minibar available. For better confort you should book a superior room. The taverns in the area are expensive and the food is not the best we've had in Greece.

The view is nothing like the photos if you're on the ground floor. This is probably due to me picking a cheaper room. Picking a premium or deluxe or however it's called probably looks like in the image. The building has poor sound isolation. You can hear people talking and snoring in the adjacent rooms. Also it's on the main street, so it's convenient to reach, but you hear the traffic outside due to poor room door sound isolation. I believe this could be improved massively with better doors, but if you cannot cope with noises and need absolutely silence to sleep, better get ear plugs. The beach has stones on the ground in the water, which isn't a very big deal, but still a bit uncomfortable.

Very clean, beach bar is nice and its prices are affordable. The dedicated beach area is a big plus. Breakfast is rather rich for the price, I was pleasantly surprised. Rooms have nets against insects and an anti insect device you can plug into the wall socket if you need. You can watch the sunset if you have a room at the second floor. I didn't, but I could imagine it looks great if you get that. Probably I picked a cheaper price room, thus got one on the ground floor, which is fair.
