Everything was perfect

The architecture and beauty of the place, the hostess/ manager was amazing , 10 minute walk to town (up hill though) so relaxing and quiet… off the beaten path, natural, organic, clean beauty.

Pyrgos is located high on a hill and it's a bit of a hike to walk up the hill from the village, even with the car it is difficult to drive there due to the roads. Other than that everything was awesome!

Pyrgos is a beautiful place! Amazing and spectacular views of the sea. The room was very clean, fully equipped and comfortable. We were impressed that the sheets were changed every other day 🙂 In general our stay was wonderful and would highly recommend!

Just a few minor things e.g. bathroom felt a little style over practicality. Creaky floorboards. Day bed in kitchen not that comfortable to sit on. Steep hill up.

Beautiful stone built complex with traditional feel to the rooms. Host was very welcoming, helpful and efficient. The apartment we had was spacious, light and nicely furnished. Bed was really comfortable. Air con and WiFi good. Kitchen was fine. Pool area was lovely. Great views.

Nothing. But the ‘village’ is a long way ‘up’ and whilst it is walkable down to Agios and back ( we did it twice in one day) it is a struggle. Taxis can be booked (€5 one way) but are difficult to get at night and so you if you go down in the evening be prepared to struggle back up. If you stay for any length of time you probably need a car. However, food can be easily ordered ( from 3+ restaurants in. Agios) and will be delivered to your accommodation’s door.

Having travelled extensively in Greece we can say this was the best accommodation of its type we have experienced. We were there for 3 nights only and it was joyous. It was unusual, but exceptional, in terms of building and concept and our suite had absolutely stunning views to Samos, Fournoi and Patmos. The pool was a welcome and excellent bonus. Our breakfasts were outstanding. Shower had good pressure. Wi-Fi good. And, it would be remiss not to comment upon the warm, welcoming and most excellent contribution of Eri the complex ‘manager’ who simply could not have been more generous with her time and helpful.

Only wish is that there was a shower head in either the bath or shower.

We loved the lovely Eri! She was very helpful before and during our stay. The location is on top of a hill with an amazing view. The amenities are so many to choose from and unfortunately we didn't have time to do everything. Everything was clean and our room was extremely spacious.

We did not have a car. Quite a steep walk to the hotel. Walking down is easy - approx 10min but returning a lot of stairs. Taxi is approx 5€ but they don"t always want to make such a short ride.

Very warm welcome. Lots of information. Very helpful in finding restaurant, reserving taxi, etc. Not a lot of clients so we felt priviliged and enjoyed the swimming pool and the view on the terrace of our room.

Lack of privacy on terraces led me to use them less. The large terrace is basically in the parking lot. No screens-would be more likely to leave windows open for air instead of aircon at night if there were screens. A clothes line and pins would be helpful. An automatic message thru booking with detailed driving instructions for arrival and departure would be helpful, as it can be tough to figure out for the first time. Recommend arriving during daylight hours.

All was great

I stayed in standard villa with small kitchen that had everything needed. I loved the place. The terraces is large and the city and ocean view is great. The people are supper nice. The bed was comfortable and the shower with high pressure and great warm water. The place is peaceful and quiet. I certainly recommend and I would stay there again.

Pyrgos is a beautiful location! The views from the room of the village of Agios Kirikos and the ocean are astounding. The room is elegantly decorated and squeaky clean. Everything about the stay was lovely. Eri,the manager, was wonderful and very attentive.

Location is up a steep hill, which we generally walked. Would not suit the infirm, but taxi would be a perfectly viable option.

We loved the apartment, very clean and equipped with all comforts. Beautiful view and swimming pool. Very quiet place. The host is very kind and helpful. We had an issue with the cooker late at night, and she fixed it right away.

The only aspect that could be improved is the kitchenware, a bowl and big mugs could be useful
