Nothing at all

Brilliant from start to finish, we did not arrive until 10:30 p.m. and were met by one of the owners who checked us in and arranged a meeting for the next morning to give us a run down on the hotel, surroundings, restaurants, trips etc.... Great location, very very comfortable room, great value and quality breakfast. Loads of restaurants basically on the back door step as well as a shop and the hotel is only a few minutes beautiful walk to the centre of Firo if you want to go there.

The pool was small.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was as advertised, very clean, comfortable bed and good air conditioning. Breakfast was excellent, always delivered on time, and offered good value for money. Excellent location with beautiful views across the island with a number of restaurants very nearby.

We loved everything about this property!

The rooms were super cute , cottage like, private and quiet. Beds were super comfortable , they thought of everything to make our stay comfortable, we would definitely stay again! Breakfasts were delicious as well and they made checkin/ checkout a breeze

Great location, with lots of restaurants, food places, amazing views, and shopping around. Clean and authentic Greek design. Really great stuff and a good breakfast selected by you time and menu that will be on your table right on time. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The public parking for the car we rented was just across the street.

I can’t think of anything! If the swimming pool had a caldera view that would be amazing but we can’t change that!!

Nikolina and George were brilliant! They helped make our stay amazing. Everything was so clean, the range and quality of food & drink was great and it’s in a perfect spot for exploring.

Wifi was a bit slow, but, well who needs it fast when you are on holidays.

Small family run hotel. The two sisters and other staff are just amazing. They inform you well about the island and what to do. Are super friendly and no question is too much. Very helpful and they make your stay a memorable one. They also serve very tasty Margarita cocktails. Breakfast can simply be ordered by scanning a QR-code and will delivered to your room, or on the top terrace with a view over the Caldera.

Everything!! The family run staff was amazing. The location was so close to everything but not in the crowded area of Fira. Great restaurants within a one minute walk. Roof top view beautiful. Can't say enough.

Sheets could have been bigger - came adrift from the mattress in the night

We only had breakfast once - a reasonable selection of items, nicely presented. The room had a private balcony and a good kitchenette, so we were able to make meals and eat outside happily. Lovely bathroom. It is also very handy for local food shops, restaurants etc. it has a splendid terrace on the roof looking over the city too.

Having to leave.

Loved everything! We could not have had a warmer welcome from the owners and they were very helpful throughout our stay. Great location on the main street so not having to struggle with bags down the hill - ours were delivered and picked up from our room. Great room with living area/bathroom downstairs and bedroom upstairs + opening to private balcony with views to both sides of the island. There is also a shared rooftop area with spectacular views. Small kitchenette allows basic meal prep. Spotlessly clean. Booked a hire car through the hotel and it was delivered to us!

I would have appreciated a microwave, toaster and coffee maker in the kitchen. Some cutting knifes and cutting boad would also been very helpful.

The staff were super helpful with booking shuttle to the ferry and day excursions. They also helped with navigating the cell provider website when the plan needed to be extended. There was always someone available. Location was perfect with a nice easy walk over to Fira for sightseeing, the bus station and grocery shopping. The foot path for the walk to Oia was right at the back gate.

The mattress may need to be updated soon as it’s quite soft at certain parts of the mattress.

Spacious room with nice terrace with sea view . Free parking just opposite the hotel. Easy access to the restaurants, shops and walkway to see the caldera view. Delicious & value for money breakfast at €10 per person.

The hotel was very clean. They arrange for me to rent a scooter and had it delivered to the hotel. The Hotel was centrally located. They also arranged my transfer to and from the hotel. I had a 6am flight that I couldn't miss. The driver was there earlier than expected to my relief. The staff waa very friendly and woukd go out of their way to make your stay a pleasant one.

Wifi connection isn't great in the room we had.

The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming throughout, answering any questions we had and giving us advice on things to do on the island. The bed was also very comfortable so we slept well every night.
