Absolutely nothing it was perfect from start to finish:)

Fantastic holiday, beautiful weather, glorious views, fabulous hosts. Everything about our stay was perfect & we are looking forward to returning very soon. Clean rooms, good kitchen facilities, with daily housekeeping. A big step up to the bathroom that maybe I could have done without in the middle of the night!!!! Sissy, Angelos, & Gabby, and everyone else were perfect hosts at all times. Easy to reach bus stop with a regular service allowing travel all over the island. Oh and yes the sunsets............................ and the sun rises. Stunning.

Absolutely nothing negative

Our stay in Roula Villa was something unbelievable! Literally, heaven on earth... Not only was the hotel No.1 in Perissa (family-managed hotel, featuring a pool with salty water, 5-min walk to a beautiful beach) but the staff (managers, owners, receptionists, house-keeping... Just great people! We loved the company of Angelo and Sissy (owners) and Christos was just adorable! Gabi was a kind help any time... We were amazed by the kindness, hospitality and friendly attitude of the above! Besides, the island is a paradise, a great escape from reality... The beauty of the sea, beaches, cities, and the people impressed us so much that we definitely need to come back!

This place is a little gem in Perissa- Sissy and her brother have created a beautiful hideaway that's also just few minutes walk to beach and bars/restaurants. Staff are so friendly and helpful - such a warm welcome and explained the area and best places to go -special mention for Chris who was fabulous. We loved it so much we decided to stay longer!

The neighborhood is great always felt very safe Stores, bakeries and good restaurants all around. There’s also a laundrymat a block away and they have huge space for parking in the back of the hotel, having a Safe box was great too

I liked everything about this Property location is great, Very very clean, spacious very nice pool great atmosphere, and the owners and staff are just incredible always with a huge smile and ready to help you and answer all questions you have

Dears Sissy, Chris, Gabby - thank you so much for your great and warm hospitality during our stay. 🩵 The villa is really amazing. It is with great location - close to the beach, walking area with reastaurants and a bus stop. It has the Santorini spirit, which i really loved. It is clean, rooms are spacious and well equipped. The pool area and the bar are very nice and cozy. I definitely recommend this place !

Beautiful hotel with a lovely family who run it. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to go to Santorini. Perissa is beautiful, and lovely to stay outside of the business of Oia/Fira and be able to dip in and out. Sissy will book all your activities and any car/quad hire. Every restaurant recommendation given to us by Sissy was fantastic. Quiet hotel with a nice vibe, literally a 5 minute walk from the beach.

Everything was great. The hosts were lovely, gave us very usefull tips for our stay. The apartment were comfortable with authentic greek decor. The pool was great. It was close to the beach and local restaurants.

From the very start the communication and hospitality we have received was just outstanding! Before we even arrived we were offered a transfer from the port to the villa and got a lot of information about the island. When we arrived, we were welcomed by loveliest girls, Sissy and Gabi. The energy in this place created by its people is absolutely incredible. Our room was very clean and lovely, and a lady from room service was taking care of everything daily. Location was perfect, just few minutes walk to Perissa Beach with lots of shops and restaurants available. Whenever we're back to Santorini, we are going to stay in Roula Villa! Thank you so much for everything! ❤️

Our room was on the ground floor, looking at the path people use. We felt a little bit exposed if we kept our window blinds open, but it was very dark if we kept them close. I think changing the blinds for ground floor rooms would improve the stay.

Very kind and helpful staff. They seem to really care about their guests' comfort. Very approachable and welcoming. The villa is beautiful and in a good location, near a beautiful beach and a hill. We received a map of the island with all the recommendations for restaurants bars etc. and information how to get around the island which was much appreciated.

Nothing, it was very enjoyable.

The apartments are great and the owner Sissi, absolutely amazing! She was so helpful and advised us on all the interesting places to go and visit. We only had 2 days in Santorini and without her help we would never have seen half the places. She also organised us a quad bike to travel around with. Highly recommended if you do not want to be in the busy tourist areas. We will definitely return.

The place is beautiful, in the typical white and blue color of Santorini. The staff was so welcoming, helpful and smiling. They seems to really care for the comfort and satisfaction of their guest. Sissy was also so helpful even prior to our arrival by booking our restaurant and transport. The little coffee/bar by the pool is so helpful and price very acceptable. The room / bathroom was so cute. We had a room with an hydro-massage, that was lovely but the pool down is quite enjoyable too and we were never had any noise disturbance from it. We will definitely stay there again if we go back to Santorini!

The water pressure in the shower was a little variable, but that just added to the charm really.

This was our first visit, but we were there at the same time as guests staying for the 15th, 18th and 20th time as well as two couples that had visited this summer and enjoyed it so much that they rebooked for September. We really struck lucky when we blindly chose this hotel and I urge you to do the same. While we were there the ferries went on strike which meant we suddenly needed two rooms for an extra night. Sissi and Gabby described it as "playing Tetris" but managed to not only squeeze us in to an almost full hotel but also kept us in the rooms we were already staying in. Two of us have worked in hotels all our lives and we know quite how difficult that will have been. We came as guests and we left as friends and I really can't give Roula Villa a higher compliment than that.

Sissy and Chris were amazing hosts, all the staff were super friendly and the pool was incredible. Very tidy and clean rooms and super accomodating with early check ins/bag hold etc. We wish we had more time to spend at Roula Villa. Thanks for having us
