The new parking arrangements! They have installed solar panels ( what we appreciate!) above the parking area, but the supporting beams are so close to each other that it is almost impossible to park!

The hotel is extremely well located and has all the facilities you can wish. Above all the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We have stayed there for the third time and were never disappointed, we enjoy the quietness and the marvellous views, the attentive staff and the small extra’s (fruit and sweets in the room). Also the fitness program ( very nice lady as well) is of a high quality but is never disturbing for the guests who don’t want to participate.

Nothing. It is out on its own but you can visit sister hotel which is amazing too. This didn’t bother us though as too nice to leave.

Absolutely amazing hotel. Travelled Crete and this was by far the most wonderful hotel we stayed in. Staff fantastic and so helpful. Was given an upgrade to a two storey villa with pool which was luxurious. Spotless rooms and surroundings. Pools, beach, spa fantastic. Selection of food in buffet was incredible.

Having mentioned that I was gluten and lactose intolerant it was disappointing to having very little options and the restaurants for lunch and dinner. Wish there was gluten free buns, gluten free pizzas and pasta that also had tomato based options as opposed to only dairy.

The staff are world class, attentive and incredibly friendly. Everyone was warm and welcoming, making this the perfect stay for my birthday. The resort was truly intentional in making this feel like paradise. Shout out to Anastasia who welcomed us and was kind, sharing great recommendations for my birthday dinner.

We had a day that was cloudy!

Quite simply, our holiday here was phenomenal. Room was great, every day there were little extras. Buffet restaurant was amongst the best we have ever sampled. Communal pools where relaxing and spacious, villa pools were secluded and private. Staff were immense, without exception.

--The inside covered parking was very difficult to manage and insufficient slots. --Buffet dinner is too expensive (50 euro)

Hotel was located right by the water. Had the most beautiful views of the sunrise and sunset. There was plenty of room in the pool and beach areas so no need to rush to grab your sun bed in the morning. The breakfast had plenty of variety and was very good. We also had dinner at a couple of the restaurants which were equally as delicious. There was evening entertainment which was lovely. Hotel also offered a number of experiences e.g. wine tasting. The spa was also fantastic! Plenty of great treatments to choose from and they were very accommodating to try and get you time last minute. Finally, a massive thank you to the staff who were beyond amazing! No ask was ever too much and every single person I spoke to was so kind.

Lovely having a private pool in our villa. Beaches are easily accessible with calm, enclosed seas - good for the kids. Great good options. Overall, excellent resort.

I had an issue with the breakfast They put pork with a sign saying was turkey. I am allergic to pork so I had issues for two days.

Very hard to find any issues with the Royal Blue. We will definitely be back.

Amazing staff and beautiful setting. The private beach and bars meant we hardly left the complex during our stay. The food in the a-la-carte restaurants was delicious with excellent staff and service.
