Sometimes having to wait for coffee during breakfast.

Aside from a clean and friendly facility, staff was very kind and Victoria was exceptional. Breakfast was fresh/ well cooked and the mushrooms cooked in a sauce...mmm soo good!

Room on the ground floor with windows directly on to pool area, felt like a fish tank so had to keep the blinds closed as people looked in as they walked past

I preferred the other side of Santorini but guess that’s not the hotels fault, additionally it was end of season so everything was coming to a close

Everything was perfect! Rooms, Hotel, Breakfast, Dinner, Value for Money, and the employees are rockstars! Beautiful pools, and the outside area is like a small paradise.

I didn’t like the fact that I had to leave

Everything was extraordinary. It exceeded my expectations. The hostess “Victoria” even made it a better stay for me and my girlfriend. The breakfast was exceptional. Many varieties and plentiful.

Excellent breakfast. Diverse delicacies. Sparkling wine included. :) Very nice staff. Always helpful from towels to additional 2 hours late check-out. Appreciated. Very close to the beach with free comfortable soft sunbeds.

My second stay at Kastelli and it's still my favourite hotel. I was upgraded again which was amazing! I have stayed in many Santorini hotels and Kastelli is my favourite by miles. It is extremely comfortable, in the best location in Kamari and love everything about it

My spouse and I had the pleasure of spending our honeymoon at Santorini Kastelli Resort hotel, and it was an absolutely enchanting experience. It added an extra layer of whimsy and romance to our arrival. It was evident that the hotel staff paid meticulous attention to every detail, and we felt like we were in a fairy tale. The resort has five pools, each with its unique charm, whether you prefer tranquil atmosphere or a vibrant and social setting. One of the standout features of the hotel was our swim out suite with a private, cozy, blue pool. We spent countless hours lounging by it on the terrace. The hotel staff Nino and Victoria went above and beyond to make our honeymoon special, arranging surprises and assisting with every request. Nothing, we loved it all.

Well maintained, spotlessly clean, fantastic location, staff were amazing and nothing was an issue. When we arrived for our Honeymoon we were immediately upgrade without asking. Our room was fabulous and housekeeping attended everyday and were lovely. Cannot compliment the staff enough, they were the kindest I’ve ever encountered at any resort and made you feel completely at ease and relaxed from the moment you arrive. We will definitely be back.

Could get a bit noisy round the main pool, but smaller quieter pools were available.

Good atmosphere around the hotel, always places to relax by the various pools. Staff were friendly and always happy to help with anything we needed.

The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our ferry trip to the island was cancelled due to a strike so we arrived the night before our booking. The night manager was fantastic trying to help us find accommodation and transport for our group of 7.

No bath, but the shower was great.

Beautiful hotel, very clean and tidy. The staff were great, very attentive. The spa was lovely. The location was great, close to the beachfront but private. Breakfast was great, lots of variety and was served at a good time, not too early, so you could have a lay in if you wanted and not miss out on breakfast.
