Could not of stayed in Sea Breeze apartments more

The view is spectacular at Sea Breeze! The beautiful Sunshine and Mediterranean sea is wonderful and the surrounding area. The host Nelly and staff are so kind and friendly make you feel welcome! Even the Dog Blackie is friendly I had to buy some dog treats 🙂 and just had to feed some local cats! The apartment is so clean and well equipped with excellent room service and it is close to local mini markets. Thank you so much Nelly and staff! 🙂❤️

Small showering area with curtain could be restyled as it was tricky at times to negotiate.

Amazing views and location so close to the sea. Could hear the waves all day so peaceful and relaxing.

Wifi was pretty bad and we had to resort to data most times. Two instances where we didn’t have hot water, which we should have reported. Only parking for three cars and the lane way is very tight.

The location was lovely with a patio facing out to the water. We walked into Chania along the beaches (about 5km). Easy access to bus which took us right into the town.

The location is the best thing about the property, second is the lovely family running it. They will make you feel comfortable and help out if you need anything. Very kind people. As for the property itself, it literally is right on the beach. You cannot go wrong. There are 3 restaurants next to the property and all are good in its own way. You can rent beds and umbrella for EUR9 for the set of 3 next door with first row costing EUR15. It's relatively cheap compared to other locations. But honestly, you can just carry your towel to the beach, swim and go back to the property. Eat at the beachside restaurants inbetween swimming. There are a couple of supermarkets nearby and the kitchen in the apartments allow for cooking. With a picky child, it was easy to make some home cooking for my child that is much better quality and taste than eating out. Additionally, you can download Wolt and have groceries from AB Vassilopoulos or mini marts delivered and local restaurants, etc. Recommend using atobtransfer.com for airport transfers, found them to be the cheapest.

I had the pleasure to stay in Sea Breeze for a few days. The view from the property is amazing and it’s right by the beach so you can literally walk down the stairs and access the beach. It’s about a 10-15min drive away from the city centre and you can also take bus 21 which is right on the Main Street to go to the city centre so great location. The staff are very friendly and helpful as well. They are very responsive to your requests and are always willing to help when you need. I also had a free upgrade so I had the suite on top level all to myself. It’s a very spacious room with all the appliances that you need and was kept very clean.

The hotel was directly on the beach, but there was no direct access to the beach. It would be nice if they made a staircase, entrance or something to be able to go directly to the beach instead of going up on the road along the street.

The mansarda is ideal for a couple (not taller than 170cm) plus a child, as ceilings are quite low. The bathroom is small but efficient. The shower was a bit uncomfortable but the amazing water pressure compensated the inconvenience. There are quite a few steps to reach the mansarda, so not suitable for disabled people.

Ioannis is a great host; he allowed us to use pool and beach facilities of the nearby hotel Corinna, which was awesome! The view from our mansarda was simply breathtaking! The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed! Well located if you want to visit Elafonnisi or Balos beach.

The perfect view. Direct at the sea... It's magic. Just perfect location. Beach by the hotel, drink bar by the hotel, bus stop by the hotrl, shop by the hotel... Best retaurations in Chania - by the hotel. It's really great place. The owners are really nice people, who really care abaut they guests. Perfect place for perfect vacation.

We were given a room on the ground floor when we arrived, but as this was a bit dark and had less of a nice view, we managed to change this and move to an upstairs apartment, which was a far nicer location (although slightly more expensive). We did like to rooms we stayed in.

The apartments were very nice, with a balcony on both east and west sides, with great views of the beaches. Plenty of room to relax inside and outside. Short walk to the nearby sandy beach.

It good be too forced to give a negative review

The view is outstanding,you sleep with the sound of the waves and you wake up with them. The beach is less than 1 minute walking away. Facilities were really clean and comfortable. Highly recommended

Not a lot really. Quite thin walls so depending on where yout apt is you might hear other guests moving around, but wasn't a problem for me.

We had a very friendly neighbor when we stayed at Sea Breeze, they made a nice Greek Salad breakfast with juice and bread for us when we arrived early in the morning and helped us navigate around Chania.

Very good location, nice room with smart small kitchen and beautiful terrace with sunbeds. The place is close to beach, tavernas, shops, bus stop. We like to come back again.
